North Shore Place

From the first time I walked in there until now it is like walking onto a cruise ship. It is like the Ritz! The staff bend over backwards for everybody. I have watched them with people and they treat them with respect. My mom has a good time with the activities and they do the laundry and housekeeping on time. The place is always spotless, and her apartment is great and just the right size!

What's most important in the place is there are wonderful, caring people. That's the best part. They're a very loving group up there on the second floor. And they're very wonderful to my husband and to everyone else. It's a very well run nursing home and I'm a pleased customer.

We sadly ended our time there after my Mom passed away. I wish we would have moved her over sooner. We are very happy with it and she always felt safe. It was all we were hoping for and we loved her room.It was perfect to us and to my mom. From the moment we decided to move my mom there it was very smooth and easy. Questions were answered quickly and professionally and nobody forgot about you and left you hanging. I was very happy with the care. For our purposes and my mom's needs everyone was always very attentive. The maintenance staff was very helpful and the housekeeping was great. The activities were great, they never stopped. They made sure to engage and include everyone. It was very good and they worked very hard.

The memory care director Justine, she is a fabulous human being. If you call or contact her she will address things immediately and she is so accessible. The caregivers are caring and accessible. They are all great with my mother. The nurse Margarita goes over and beyond for my mother. I am a huge fan of the community. I am so happy with the services.

For what my parents get at the community, the value is really good. The healthcare staff is so conscientious, their follow through is great and they've had good consistency. The place does a really good job with the transportation services. The maintenance staff is responsive and both, the apartment and building maintenance are satisfactory. The housekeeping staff is consistent and they do good. I am satisfied with the food quality and variety on the menu. My parents are well cared for.

The food I have seen appears to be very high quality and well put together. The community is always in great condition and her room is always put together and clean. That seems great. The caregivers here know my mother intimately and when they have concerns they aren't afraid to call me which is good. When we moved my mother we carefully evaluated all the options on the market and this one seemed to have the best value and the location was convenient.

The management staff is respectful and accessible. My wife and I feel safe and comfortable here. Overall, I am satisfied with the services and accommodation we're provided at the community.

I think the community is fabulous and I think that the people try very hard. For the most part, I can't say enough about the people and the facility. They are all kind, caring, and it's pleasant to be there!

The value is very good, and it's commensurate with the North Shore, where it's located. If I call the healthcare staff, they're right there, and they always call to double check that I knew there were any changes with my dad. Transportation services pick him up, and if it's bad weather, they walk him in to make sure he is safe. The maintenance staff is great, and the building is beautiful. Housekeeping shows up on a regular schedule, and they make the bed, washing sheets once a week. I like that they did a holiday service he could do right there for the Jewish holiday and that they offer lecture classes. He loves the food and is very comfortable with it. Whenever I am there, the dining service is always very responsive and receptive. The management team is fantastic because they're accessible, and I feel comfortable voicing concerns. Overall, he is very happy with absolutely everything there and doesn't have a single complaint, so I am pleased. It's the only reason I can sleep at night, and it's the type of place I would want to be in. I'm a big fan of this place.

Everything has been great. The dining has been okay, and the staff have been accommodating. The activities have been great, and they have some nice activities going on. The cleaning is absolutely fine, and the maintenance staff is wonderful. They have done everything that we have asked them to do, and they have been really nice about it. The nurses have been great. They are really nice, caring, and personable. They are calm. They are just really good with my mom. I think this community is wonderful. The people are nice, and there is no other place in the area that I would have my mother.I think they have a bunch of really good people working for them. Justine, the head of memory care, is a godsend. She is wonderful. She is doing her job extremely well.
