Northglenn Heights Assisted Living

The Medical Aides, receptionists, and caregivers are awesome. Overall we are very pleased. Just recently we moved my mom from a large studio to a small studio, and it's very nice, it's in a newer section. I love her new room, it's cheerier. The staff is very hard workers. At Thanksgiving they do a meal for residents and families. The cooking staff, the whole staff is really great. The food is very good. Everything is always top notch. We couldn’t get the TV to work and the man who does the painting helped us immediately and got it set up correctly. The Medical Aides, Robbie and Tammy, are amazing. The entire staff is great. They are always happy and smiling.

I had several people tell me that they were the best. Then I talked to a doctor friend and family friend and both of them had family members staying there and were pleased. Since being there, Dad is really happy with the food. I think housekeeping has been fine and I know maintenance helped him hang a picture or two. The care staff has done things outside their scope of duty to help him feel more comfortable which was really nice. I'm really pleased with it. I think in this city and especially on the north side, it's older of course, but I think it's a good place for them to be.

My mother lived at the community for about three years. During that time we didn’t have any major issues. There were activities offered that she participated in and the dining was fairly good.
