I priced other communities and they are right in there for the value. My mom's room is a very good space. Management has been very good and the food is good. Everything I have seen in the dining room has been excellent. The activities I have seen are all good. The exercise program is good and the singing is excellent. Everything in the building looks good and everybody I have talked to is attentive. The caregivers take care of her when needed and when I have been there, they have had plenty of staff.

My dad lived there for four years before passing away. I think they serve my dad very nice meals and I like the dining room. He used the transportation all the time. The driver was really nice and my father used it all the time. I think my father's room is always clean, housekeeping is really good. The community is a clean place. Whenever my dad needs help the maintenance guys help him as far as TV or phone or whatever. I think that the managers go out of their way to know the residents and try to accommodate them as best as possible. I think they're very professional. I just love them. I think ultimately, in general, they're responsive. My father was very difficult, he was a difficult man, and the care staff was so good with him. I was always able to find somebody and they came right away. When you consider the apartment rent, services, and that he had no bills, it doesn’t seem outrageous, the rice, we are very satisfied with the value. In my experience the staff there has always been truly heart-felt with the people there and truly understood dementia as if they walked in their shoes.
