Because of the price, quality of the physical plant, and the sales person who was really good, we moved mom in. He was really helpful, it was really good working with the sales guy. The entire place looks just fine, and housekeeping and laundry are also fine. She’s satisfied with the food, so far no complaints on dining. The care givers are responsive and available. The price is in-line with everything else out there, I am very satisfied with the value.

My loved one is comfortable and happy there. Everyone has been very helpful and the staff will do anything they can to help me. The maintenance guy is excellent and he will do anything you ask him to do.

I chose this community for my father-in-law because I'm a nurse in some of the nursing homes in the area and this was my first choice. Management has helped with the transition and they've returned phone calls quickly.Their care, their cleanliness and their professionalism are what makes this place the best.

Everyone is kind to my mother which I appreciate. She loves the ice cream and sometimes she has the food delivered upstairs and that's a nice service. There’s at least two entrees and three sides to choose from, mom enjoys the variety. She goes down to socialize with other residents and goes to the beauty shop. Her place is always well kept, neat, and trash is always removed. The care is good. The setting, the food, the timeliness of the care givers means a whole lot, and for the price she pays, it’s an excellent value.

Management is wonderful and are on top of everything. The dining room is like a four star restaurant, the food is very good and the servers are upbeat and friendly. The building was always so clean and the staff was happy. The caregivers loved my friend and she loved them.

My mother likes the community, the front desk always returns phone calls and with someone coming to visit daily, there is value at the community. She is happy with the food and she compliments the dining service. The activities are entertaining, well planned and the Activity Director is very much into it. I have seen her in action and she is extremely into the people.

My mom is always clean and she seems happy. I'm really glad we can keep my mom there. The food there is really good. They offer a lot of nice activities, especially the music. They paint nails and do all kinds of things there. They have new furniture and new flooring in the building, it looks really nice in there. They have been so wonderful in working with us on my mom's finances. I feel my mom is very safe there, everyone really watches over her.

My loved one moved out of Phaesant Ridge because she required Memory Care, but overall the community was very nice, the room was nice and the staff was mostly nice. The healthcare staff was respectful, knolwedgeable, accessible and responsive towards my loved one's needs. She had a problem with her freezer, but maintenance staffing helped out with that within 24 hours. Activities were definitely offered to her and they definitely tried to get her to participate. I also thought the dining was very good and very nice, so I was satisfied with the price, services and accommodations she received while she lived there because she felt safe and comfortable as well.

Denise is the one in management that talked to when I first signed my mom up; she's been wonderful. The dining staff is very accommodating if you want to add or change something. The activities are over the top, my mom does an activity after every meal. She was sitting alone at home before watching TV all the time before; she's doing great. The healthcare service is excellent, between the lifeline necklace and the intercom system she can push, I feel very secure in that and availability for her to get help if she needs it. I've told a lot of people that we are very satisfied with her here.

Location was a big part of my decision in choosing Pheasant Ridge Senior Living Community for my mother because it's very close to where I travel daily. It's good and worth it to me as an only child. I think the rooms are very spacious and we got the choice of a couple, so I chose the one where she can watch the cars go by and I am very pleased with her room, it stays toasty warm in there. My mother says the food is very good, the help is excellent and the activities are fine, she enjoys Bingo and some of the music offered. The housekeeping is excellent. They keep her room very clean, she has new carpeting and they maintain it very nicely which brings me to maintenance. We haven't needed maintenance for anything, but they're very good and the building is very clean and well maintained. Regarding her care, the staff is respectful and knowledgeable so to me, I am getting my money's worth.
