They have listened well and taken action to address things right away.
Pine Trails at Castle Rock a really good value. It's not cheap, but they really take care of my mom. Rafael the Executive Director is great and receptive. Lauren, the Business Manager, is fantastic and will someday make a great Director. For the residents the dining is really, really nice and the food sure looks and smells good. Gary, the Activities Coordinator really takes his job seriously, having fun and keeping people active. I like that there seems to be extra staff and they're always trying to engage residents. I know my mom likes the bible study, games, coloring, and the outings for pie and coffee. The care givers are always smiling, upbeat; I have no marks against any of them. There are always multiple people on the floor. Scott, the maintenance man, is phenomenal. He is so good; he is willing to go the extra mile. We were putting up a TV mount, he was about to go on vacation and he stayed late to help us. He is a jack of all trades. Behind Lauren, he is a superb asset. The building is gorgeous, it's a newer building, so there aren’t the issues of an older building, but even with that it's in good shape and everything works. Her room is immaculate. I never even see dirty laundry. My mom is one of those more social people and she tries to keep everything clean, but housekeeping keeps her place spotless. You never even see dust. Everyone is wonderful; they have listened well and taken action. They address things right away. It's all good, I am very happy.
