They worked well with me and my mom. When I needed the management, they were there. I had never been in a facility like this before and they connect with the people and residents. It's all kept up real nice.
The Nursing staff is so great because they know each resident and they work tirelessly. The place is just always clean, so it's just very nice. There is a variety of foods there and they celebrate different calendar events with food that corresponds, like Cinco de Mayo, so they're very creative. They treat residents with the same amount of respect and dignity, so everyone is treated equally and things are good. Management has exceeded every expectation and they have just knocked it out the park on every level, so I have sure appreciated them. They're accessible, responsive and sometimes even anticipate a need before I even get to it, so they are ahead of the curve and I love that place because they have saved my mom's life, many times.
He loves the place. The community looks real good. I have had no issues with the service he receives from housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and care. He really enjoys playing cards in activities.
