My husband seems to be well taken care of and the staff is respectful and attentive. The food is very good and he eats everything on his plate. The housekeeping is good and the maintenance comes right away.

I think my Dad gets pretty good value for his money. They do their very best to take care of him. I think they do a good job working with elderly people in their apartments. Also, the food is very good. The director is very, very talented, well-organized and very cognizant of the seniors needs.

They communicate and take care of the residents that stay there. Dad loves the care staff, and he looks forward to seeing the housekeepers. His place is always neat and tidy. The maintenance man is very kind and attentive, and the building and facility are lovely. In addition, the movies, outtings and different quilting things, are wonderful.

I can feel secure in knowing that even though they are on lockdown and I can't go see her, that she is being taken care of. My mom is pleased with the dining and activities provided. The housekeeping and laundry service are good. The building is in excellent condition. The maintenance staff have always been on time, prompt, courteous and got things done when I needed them. The care staff is polite and prompt when I need them.

It's the Taj Mahal of assisted livings! It's an incredible value there. The staff are always very friendly. They check in to see if there anything they can do and ask how things are going.

The management at the community is above average. In my opinion the place is clean and the management is fairly responsive when there is an issue with my mother. I have been there several times for some of the dining events and it is always high quality. Everything at this point seems to be going smoothly.

The care and housekeeping at the community is very good. My mom is memory care and she is participating in the activities and she seems to be responding favorably well. Also, the staff in the dining room does a good job to tend to everyone's needs as best as they can.

The management has been very responsive to any issues that we have had. They are very professional and cordial. The manager of the dining room is top notch. He is a wonderful manager. They are always doing something out there. They just had an evening where they rented a large tent for the outdoor area, and they turned the dining hall into a dance floor. They had music and dining. Tt was beautiful. They do fabulous banquets for any holiday. They just redecorated with new furnishings and new carpet. It is all professionally designed. I think they do a very good job of maintenance. The grounds are beautiful. They have a lot of areas around the property where you can walk, and it is safe. They even have a little dog park. It is amazing. The facility inside is nicely maintained. The bathroom facilities are always clean. The facility just invested in two new buses, and they are very nice. They keep their employees a long time. They have had the same maintenance person for a long time. I think people like working there. The same communication relations person has been there over ten years. I am grateful that they do address issues, and they are genuinely involved in the lives of their residents. That really goes double for the dining room manager. I can tell how he relates to the residents and that he genuinely is concerned. He is an amazing person, and I think it means a lot to the residents.

The care givers in the Atrium work exceptionally hard and are exceptionally caring. They are exceptional. They do a fantastic job of being responsive and accommodating as best they can to everybody, and they never loose patience. I think they are incredible. Their patience seems endless. I couldn't imagine anyone being more caring to my mom then they are. I would say there is a nice variety of activities, and the housekeeping and laundry are great.

Management does an awesome job, and someone always picks up the phone. The dining servers have a smile their faces, and they call my mom by her first name. That makes her feel more at home. They have great activities. The caregivers are awesome. I am thankful that there are people out there that can take care of my mom in a loving manner. That makes her feel comfortable.
