I think everything is handled properly and the building is maintained well. For the residents the food is great. There is a lot of variety in activities and they keep them busy. Everything in housekeeping is done well. My father goes out on rides periodically and he really enjoys it. The caregivers seem to take care of everybody and have a passion for what they do.

The management staff always been real responsive, they were always ahead of the curve in establishing programs, and they hire good staff. The food is excellent; you can't get that quality at other places. The laundry was great; they always came on time, took everything, brought it right back clean and folded. The gals who cleaned my brother's room were great, did a wonderful job. The facility is top-notch.

We are totally thrilled with my sister being there. And to be able to have a life without worry for your loved one in a care facility is just incredible. This is the very first facility I am aware of in the entire Clark County area that allows smoking in a Memory Care facility. She absolutely loves it and panics if she's going to miss lunch. They prepare food in a way that she is able to eat it, it is very attractive, it's delicious, and it is so fine-tuned to each person. We just had St Patrick's Day dinner. My husband and I went and it was just amazing. They had the complete place decorated, they had harp players and mandolin players, and every single decoration in every single room was made by the residents, and they were so proud. The housekeepers are doing her laundry and it's absolutely amazing. It is done on time, everything is folded, put away, hung up, and everything is organized. The place is real open and it's airy. You don't feel locked in the room. The caregivers take care of her, they put her in beautiful outfits, they help her choose clothes, and they make her bed. For my husband and I, the number one amazing thing to see is how well-staffed it is. They are so attentive and they know where she is every single minute. They have assigned caregivers and those gals are unbelievable.

My mother-in-law is happy there, she feels safe. It's a nice place. What she enjoys most is the socializing aspect of it with her fellow residents. It's really the only place around here; there are a couple other ones that are not really nice. She seems happy there. The salt water pool was very important to me. There is a very nice variety of activities here. I haven't gotten involved yet but plan to. The open dining room from 7am-7pm provides an attitude and openness that wasn’t there at the other facility. I am very pleased with the housekeeping. The woman who cleans my apartment is very sweet. Her attitude is wonderful. I am very pleased with that and she does good work. I took the bus to church last week. The drivers were very friendly and very helpful and it was easy to set it up. There is an attitude of friendship here, an openness and friendliness. I have a wonderful apartment. The whole experience of moving has been wonderful.
