It has really been a blessing that she is watched over so carefully there. I hear from the care coordinator that is on mom's floor. She keeps me informed on mom''s care and I am really please on how she communicates. I think what food is being offered to her is adequate and well prepared. Her apartment always looks nice and smells fresh. The building is really nice.

The building always looks wonderful when we're there and the maintenance staff is right there for requests. Our loved one really likes the cleaning service and the lady who does everything is very good at her job. There is a calendar to pick and choose activities, and she goes on all the concert trips. There are no problems finding parking and we enjoy dining at the community. We looked at many places and think the price is satisfactory. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable, and everything has been okay.

I think the management is fantastic. They seem to take care of all of our wishes and demands. The quality of the food and the variety of the menu is very good and the service in the dining area is excellent. The housekeepers have been very good, and we are satisfied with the maintenance. In regards to transportation, we just have to call the day before to schedule it, and they have always been available when we need them. The condition of the bus is very good. It is clean and efficient. We feel very safe and comfortable, and we are satisfied with our living space.

We are very satisfied with the price and my parents apartment is great. I thought everyone in management was really accommodating and helpful. They made my parents feel at home. My parents are very happy with the meals and told me that there is plenty of menu variety for them. The activities really look like fun and there are multiple activities that go on each day. My parents are thrilled with the housekeeping and the maintenance of the building is beautiful.

My children feel like I am safe and comfortable and that is important to me. They love that I am here and I also feel safe and comfortable. Management is very caring. The food is nourishing and every meal I have chosen has been pretty good. They offer a lot of activities and there is something to do every day. I have a housekeeper that they provide once a week. She mops my floors and vacuums and will do whatever I ask her to do. This community has maintenance workers who come at our beck and call and they have ground keepers that keep the grounds looking nice.

The quality of the management and their organization skills are good. There are plenty of activities and things to do here. The caregivers are very friendly and are always there if you need something.

We are pleased with the value we are receiving. From what I've seen of the activities, there is a good choice to choose from. Overall, the care is very good and the staff is very friendly.

I think on a whole I feel like I am home here. It has a homey feeling. Everyone that I come across here and the people that they have hired have been great. The people that they hire they have high standards for them and I think they live up to them. The servers are very good and are pleasant and responsive. The housekeeper does a beautiful job. She cleans and the place is as spotless as it can be. I have used the maintenance and they are always very prompt about coming in and checking it out and fixing it if it can be fixed. Bill the driver is just super. The transportation staff do a very nice, prompt, courteous service.

The food is excellent and they have a lot of choices. There are a lot of activities going on each day and the maintenance staff is timely and pleasant. Everything in the building seems to be neat, clean and smells good which is important.

The activities here are wonderful. They keep them busy all day long with all kinds of stuff. The care staff is wonderful and there is always someone there paying attention to what is happening.
