Reflections Retirement Community

Management is very attentive to mom’s needs, they are very nice and helpful. The care givers are right on top of things. Maintenance keeps the place up to par, constantly doing things, and housekeeping keeps her room clean, changes her sheets, and does the laundry each week. They make her bed daily if she doesn't. She says the food is always good and she has plenty to eat. There always seems to be plenty of choices. She's out in the lobby a lot and she enjoys the company of the other residents. She enjoys the people who come in and sing and she loves the bingo. All in all the activities are good, and there's an ice cream social coming up. They have activities every week. The price is reasonable, she gets all the services she needs, and she is content and happy. She loves her apartment. I feel she is safe there.

The care is great and their treatment of my mom has been very special. The commnity is always clean, and there seems to be an emphasis on the overall maintenance of the building. Activities are consistently provided, and the food is good quality.

The management is awesome. They are always there to help me whenever I have questions. My mother in law eats two meals a day and she enjoys it very much. She loves the kids that serve the food. Her room is always clean and it always smells good. Her bathroom is always sanitized. They get her laundry and they help her put it away. I wouldn't have her any place else. The care givers are always looking after her and calling the in house doctor if need be. She loves all the aides and the nurses. The place is beautiful and it is a community. It is not just a place for older people to hang out. They are family there.

I know that nursing care isn't cheap but I think we are getting a fair value here. The staff here has true genuine concern for the residents. The dining servers are very conscientious and I think the activities director is a tremendous asset at this community because she is a go getter and a get it doner. We have a State Park that is about 40 miles away. You can feed hummingbirds there during the summer and it is an amazing experience. I told her about that and the next thing I knew she had that activity set up for the following Sunday. Someone cleans my apartment once a week which is adequate and the maintenance man always helps correct maintenance issues I have. I think the grounds here are lovely and the lawn looks so good.

The place is really cheerful. They always have it decorated for the holidays and have special decorations for each. They have plenty of activities available and Mom has even created her own bird watching club. She uses the transportation offered to go to the grocery store. They really do care about the residents. They keep me informed. If there is anything they think I should know about they call me and I think that is good.

My wife and I are very happy here. I think the value is exceptional, especially when you look at the pricing structure. The pricing is very good. Management has done an excellent job. They have been excellent. Everything we have gone to has been great. Angel, in housekeeping, is the star of the place. She is very good. Lorraine is very good on the housekeeping part. I have no complaints. The community is very nice.

I just love my apartment that I have here. You can go to any of the management staff and they will help you with any concern. . I think the variety they offer in the dining department is good. I just love the girl that does my housekeeping. She does do a good job. I think they all do a tremendous job around here with all they have to do. I think we have a beautiful building here.

Everything looks good to me. Overall, I think it has been a good place for my dad. The building is very nice.

I would say the management is right up at the top. Every time I have called or they have called they keep us up to date. I feel they are very informative and I have seen nothing but warmth and care and compassion. I think for everything that Reflections has to offer and the people who do the hiring have done a good job bringing in the right people. It is not always easy when older people are set in there ways. The staff does a really good job as far as getting everybody comfortable.
