Regal Estates of League City

Everybody is always upbeat and happy and the residents all seem to be happy here. I see what they offer on the schedule and it seems like everybody likes the activities. Everybody is very nice here and I think she has a pretty good price for the room that she got. I really appreciate everyone here and this is the first time she has smiled in awhile.

Management goes over and above trying to satisfy the needs of everyone there and I have been pleased with them. The food is fine, she is happy with the activities and loves the music. The building always seems very nice and the grounds are nice. The caregivers are prompt and she doesn't have to wait around for them. It is a fair price and she loves her apartment. I am totally satisfied and so is she.

I just love it there and the staff tell me my mother is sweet, so I can't say enough wonderful things about it. The healthcare staff are nice people and they really care about the residents, as does management. The building is nice and it's freshly painted with new carpeting, so everything is nice and when you walk in, it's all fresh.

We love the location, it's fabulous. The community has great staff and are equipped for every level of care. The managers are great. They are so very friendly, helpful, and able to answer our questions. It's a good value, it was a better price than others we looked at.

The management has been very responsive to my sister so it has been fine. I know that yesterday my mom went off to a Jazz concert and that was awesome. She had a great time. The care givers have been very respectful and responsive. When she moved in she had just come out of rehab and I thought that she was deteriorating healthwise but she has done a huge turn around. She is walking around and is doing really good. Having her own kitchen has really helped a lot because she able to make her own stuff which she loves to do. She has made lots of friends.

It took a while for my mom and aunt to adjust but this is their home now. Inytime I have a question, they respond quickly and they are respectful all the time.

My parents lived there for a year but my dad had to go to a nursing home and my mother now lives with us in my home. They were safe and comfortable there. I never had any issues and the care givers were very responsive. My parents always enjoyed dining there, they liked the activities very much. Maintenance was good and I never heard any complaints about housekeeping from my mother. Their apartment was always very clean when we went over there. The managers were very helpful, responsive, and caring. Great value; price-wise it was fair, very comparable. They did a great job and are very, very nice folks.

My mother-in-law is very happy with Regal Estates. The managers have been friendly and very helpful. Overall maintenance seems to be good. She has a couple of problems with air conditioning and they respond immediately. They keep the building and grounds up nicely. Housekeeping seems to be fine. We know she is comfortable and safe there.

I think the price is fair. They do a good job with the maintenance and I think the dining is just fine.

I am so happy that it is working out so well there because this is a stressful situation. My mom is happy and that is all I wanted her to be. The design of her room is very good because it is the size of room she had at our house. She didn't have to remember anything because the arrangement was similar. That was a good thing. The doors are locked at night and I believe the value is great. This community was very efficient and the financial aspect of it was perfect. When she was getting help, it was good. The caregivers worked with her which helped her continue on her own. She was getting help with showers but she is now doing that for herself I believe. She is dressing herself as well. The maintenance is very good. The work that they did to keep it up after Hurricane Harvey was good. It was organized well too. I took my mom out of her room when they were going to come work on her room and when I brought her back it was perfect. The housekeeping is also very good. My mom is enjoying the food. Angela, the director, is great. She manages this community very well.
