The Renaissance of Stillwater

I think the value is exceptional. The staff look after him 100%. It is hard to say from one day to another exactly what pleases my brother. The staff accommodates his needs and there is always someone for him to talk to. The management is amazing. All I have are postive remarks about the Renaissance. My brother has been a challenge at times and they have handled it beautifully. I tell everybody about them. I was so impressed and it was phemonomal. I am so blessed by being able to put my brother there. It takes a load off of my back that he is being taken care of. The housekeeping is always taken care of nicely. I am quite sure that because they are so involved with the patients and their needs I can't imagine the maintenance staff not doing a good job. Everything was amazing when I was there last. They are doing 110%. They go out of their way to make sure I know that my brother is being taken care of and his needs are met. They call me if they have a concern.

I think the price is pretty fair for what they do. The management is good and they inform you on what is going on. The activities go all the way from getting religion to getting exercise. The maintenance guy's name is Joe and we can talk to him if we need something. I would recommend Renaissance of Stillwater, my mother is 97 and this is her first time at a place like this.

I am very statisfied with the care my mom is receiving here. From management to care staff, they have good accessibility and answer your calls within minutes. Mom seems to really enjoy the food from the dining department. She stays real busy with arts and craft in the activities departments and really enjoys the church services they have here.

Mom has been in other communities previously and this place is great for her. She's comfortable here and it is just what she needs. She has a lot of fun with the activities, just the other day she was playing with a ball and having the time of her life. She likes to take walks down to the pond and feed the turtles that live there. The management team and Veronica in transportation have been very easy to deal with anytime I have needed them.

I like that I don't have to worry about the care my brother in law is receiving. The care team has done an excellent job in providing him him medication in a timely manner and often it is delivered with a hug, which he really enjoys. His apartment is really nice and kept clean and he even has a door where he can go outside. He tells me the meals he gets from the dining department are really good and the transportation service is spot on.

My mother moved into this community in October 2016. This community offered plenty of activities. They took residents on field trips, they had entertainers brought in and they played bingo. My mother's room was never dirty. The caregivers were pretty good. They did their best and they have asked about my mother since she had to move to a nursing home. My mother's situation there was as good as it could have been.

My wife and I moved into Renaissance of Stillwater almost 3 years ago. We're being treated very well and the care service is good. Anything we've needed from management they've provided. We think the food is good. It's always cooked well and they have a good menu. We get in our exercises, play bingo sometimes and get out to see the country a little bit. The bus takes us to doctors and appointments and they take us to Walmart a few times a week. I think overall they're pretty good. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
