The Reserve at East Longmeadow

I have nothing else to gauge the price by, but I think it is fair. The chef is tremendous. Rachel and the rest of the people are wonderful and the food is stupendous and the reason he is there. John, in activities, is off the charts fabulous. He works very hard. Everything is clean and the services are frequent. Theresa was tremendous. They are very accommodating. I have asked for small things and they are done within the morning. Samantha and Judy go out of their way to help the residents. There are too many people there that deserve praise. Ann Marie notices if he has not gone to breakfast and will remind him even though he does not use the nursing care.

Everything seemed to go very smoothly, there were no problems with the move-in or anything else since we've been there. When my father presses his button, the caregivers are there. It's very nice. It's one of the best places we've seen. Everything looks spotless when you walk through. I've never seen anything that looks like it needs to be cleaned, the tables and dining room are very clean. It seems like there are quite a few activities. My father says he's very happy with the food and they give him a lot of alternate selections if he doesn't like what's on the menu that day, he seems very happy with it.

The Reserve is located near their home; it was very clean and smelled good; the management staff was a younger group which I appreciated. I could feel the high energy when I entered. They did a really good job cleaning the apartment for the move in. I think it was freshly painted and the carpets were cleaned. They have been to the movies and the church services. They do the exercises…They tend to stay with just each other as a couple but they're starting to do more with others.
I call constantly to make sure things are going ok. Sarah is wonderful and the staff is all great. They give us accurate reports on our parents. They're very honest and ask me to call back if they're busy. They're always on the floor doing their job. They're very knowledgeable and compassionate. Overall, my parents are quite happy and I've already been recommending it to friends.
