The Residences at Thomas Circle

I couldn't be more grateful for the network partnership we have for her care. You can tell management cares and it seems like they try to keep them pretty active. I haven't seen any issues with the maintenance or housekeeping. The healthcare staff is the highlight of the place, the people that are on the front end of care with her are just very compassionate and communicate very well to me and let me know what's going on, I deal with them a lot and they're the same people I've dealt with for years.

Everything seems to be going well, the transportation services are very good. It seems like everything is going along OK and they're very responsive when I call them. All in all, I feel safe here.

I feel very safe at this community. The service in the dining room is wonderful. I have food restrictions now that I didn't use to have but they have different choices so I can avoid the things I can't have. The activities here are wonderful. I stay so busy. Housekeeping comes once a week to clean and I am very pleased with the caregivers.

From what I've seen and what I know of other places, we have a very high value. Our executive director is wonderful. He's very responsive and he's very personable. When you ask him to do something it gets done right away. The activities are quite varied and I've started a number of activities here like the book club. I really do like the food here, I think it's very good. It's very well prepared and it's quite tasty. The maintenance staff is overall excellent and the building is kept very nice.

I was fine with the price when I came in last year. They offer activities, but I just stay in my room. Housekeeping is excellent and I think they do a beautiful job with the overall building maintenance.

I ran into a very knowledgeable person who had both parents there, and she said it was the best place, she had investigated every place in the area. My mother ran into a resident there before moving in who raved about the food and things. I think it's a good value too. When I go in there and ask a question I get quick answers from management and never have a problem getting information. I was there once for a Sunday brunch and I was impressed. There was a beautiful display of bloody marys when you went in. We did go to a Friday night happy hour and enjoyed it. I think they're really concerned that mom is entertained there. Laundry and housekeeping are wonderful. I didn’t bring any nice clothes for her and they have been providing her with nice clothes hand she always looks good. The maintenance of the community looks good; everything is in good working order. The care staff is good, they're very nice. When I go there mom’s in a good mood, she is safe and comfortable.

I just hope I have enough money to live here until I die. My room is perfect. I have everything I need. I have a beautiful view, my two cats are here with me, I have a living room, bedroom and a wonderful bathroom. There is always a nice variety of food on the menu. We don't go hungry there is always something to eat. The activities are very good. We have lectures and the fitness center. The activities are thoughtfully planned out. There is always something to do. I am very pleased with how they clean my apartment and building. They are always vacuuming the corridor and down in the lobby. This place is very clean.

I've visited her a number of times over the years, the place looks nice and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. My sister's happy there so if she's happy, I'm happy, everything seems to be working fine. I think she's happy with the meals and the variety, healthy options. The overall appearances are nice as well.

In regards to the management, I think it is good. It is special how far they will go to satisfy the residents. They are doing a good job with the maintenance. They are responsive to complaints. In terms of care, there are some very good nurses.

My dad is pleased with the management, anytime there is a problem it is resolved very quickly.He hasn't had any complaints regarding the food. My dad is very, very happy to be living in this place.
