I am grateful that my aunt is at the community. The management is accessible, professional and caring. They have a great capacity to communicate and they are always available. The care staff is also accessible and responsive. I was very impressed when I met Andrea Armstrong from the management team. She was a major factor in why I wanted my aunt placed here.

The care and nursing are managing my mother very well. She can be difficult to deal with. They are very accessible and responsive when I am there. When I go there everything is clean in her apartment. Housekeeping is great. The community provides many activities for the residents, so my mother is not in her room all day. The management has been good. In her short stay there it seems everything has been running smoothly.

I think it is probably the best value out there. The management team there now has been there for a while and I couldn't ask for a better team. If I need to ask questions or to talk they are always there. I am a health consious person and I wanted my loved one on not only what they were serving but exact specialized things and I was met with 100% cooperation on that. The person in charge of housekeeping is just like the other caregivers. Her love for me, my loved ones is just wonderful. I couldn't imagine that place being any cleaner that it is. The care staff are totally like family. If anything comes up they contact me immediately.

I would say the activities are really good. I know there is lots of activities offered. The community always seems nice and clean. They seem like they do well with the care. It seems like it has been good.

The management is always on top of things. I will ask for things and they will try to fix it whenever they can. My mother seems to like it a lot there. My mom loves the activities. The coordinator there is really a nice person. In regards to maintenance, when we ask for something to be fixed they usually get right on top of it. The building is painted and everything is clean. Everything works well with the transportation. When I call Brandy in nursing or someone else and ask them to do something they just jump right on it. They are very good with that. My mom's doctor is very nice too. The community is overall good and the people there try to make it as comfortable as they can and that is all I ask.

The management has been great. They have been really wonderful. We get a letter that tells us what is going on. We go on their website and they try to keep us updated on that. That has been good. My mom seems to be pleased with the food. Lisa is the activities director there. I love her and love what she does. She is so good with the people that live there. She interacts with them and as soon as something happens she is right on it. She has so much energy. I just love her and the people that live there do too. She is awesome. Verdice is the housekeeper and he is awesome. The care givers have been really good.

The community is a blessing to me. I am completely satisfed with the healthcare and nursing my mother receives. The maintenance department is always keeping busy and her room is always kept up. If I ask for something to be done in her room they get it done right away. The activities do seem to have a good variety for the residents and the management is very receptive to ideas. They follow through on anything they say they are going to do.

The price of the community is definitely fair and everything is going well for my mother. She is happy with the accommodations and she feels safe. The doctor that visits is attentive and shows a lot of concern for the health & welfare of the residents. I am satisfied with the laundry and the apartment is both, clean and smells good. They have people coming in for activities and I've seen her doing exercises. They also have word searches and the residents keep them busy after eating. Management answers my questions and when I go in, they're always available to see me. She feels comfortable and I am very satisfied with value.

They keep me informed of everything and treat him very nicely. They always have something going on in activities. They do different activities and try to get everybody involved. Houskeeping is always taking care of something. It smells and looks clean in there. They keep a close eye on him with his medications. The doctor visits once a month, which is good. If there is any changes in medication or issues, they always call me to go over it with me. I appreciate the staff there. They work hard to know the people that are living there.

I feel like when my mom has needed personal attention they have been there to answer my call and act proactively on it. I think they do a fantastic job of providing a variety of different activities for them to participate in. She is pretty independent but when she has needed help they've been good to go in and check on her.

The staff is always caring and they are always upbeat. Immediately when we moved her in, they knew my name and my sister's name. Every time we go to the front desk, they call us by name. Every time we go walking down the hall, they greet her and are very pleasant. The Executive Director, Esmerelda, is always available, very knowledgeable about the residents who are there, and is very willing to help with whatever we need. She listens to us and answers our concerns. The med staff is really good about checking in on her and taking care of her. They are very attentive and anytime I call up there, they are willing to talk to me about anything I need. On Valentine's Day they served steak and mashed potatoes. Of course everything was cut into small pieces, but I was amazed that it was delicious. It was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The Thanksgiving lunch they had was a great big buffet with everything you could think of. She does get invlolved in the dancing when they have that on. Trina is the Activities Director there and she is really good about texting me videos of what she is doing so it's good that they keep in touch. Housekeping does a really good job. They come in and get her clothes. I am always finding fresh clean clothes in her closet. The place is very clean. Maintenance does a really good job of keeping the place up and repairing things when something is going on. In the past couple months, they have added motion sensor lights in each of the rooms. It is a nice soft light in the corner of the bedroom. I really like that for safety. It's very reasonable, especially for the San Francisco bay area. She gets a lot of care for what we are paying.

All the meals looked balanced and the service is fine. They accommodate everyone, even those with special requests. Martin does a good job with maintenance and he fixes everything on time. Everything looks very clean there.

We really are so grateful and appreciative that we found this commmunity and that they make such efforts to accomodate my mom. Overall they give excellent care. It's a beautiful, clean, light, bright facility. The price is reasonable compared to others we looked at. Every meal I've seen there has looked incredible. They have fresh ingredients, varied menu and well balanced meal. The staff is very helpful. They do a lot of really cool stuff. People come in and sing or bring animals. They do great with her medications. We had a three month assessment with management two weeks ago. We connected them with a couple of resources we had used and offered to be references for anyone who was thinking about bringing their parents there.

Management has been excellent, the food looks fine and it is presented to the residents well. My mom's room and the main areas are kept immaculate. All of our interactions have been positive, she is very happy here. and I think the value is excellent. If anyone was in this area is looking for a place for their parent I would be very happy to recommend Regency Palms.

For the area, they are pretty comparable. When my grandparents call, they are responsive. There is a private vehicle and they have said that is really great. That driver is fantastic. She has been very accommodating. When they have to go to an appointment, that has been really great. They have been responsive when things have been broken or things have needed to be hung up. I think the building is in really good repair. I have seen the activity offerings and it looks varied. They have gone on outings. The food overall is good. I have eaten there several times and I've been pleased. The service is really good and the dining room is beautiful.

I think it's a fair price for all the services that they provide him. They're very informative and let us know what's going on. We have been invited to their brunches and it's restaurant quality. He participates in a lot of the activities and he appears in a lot of their videos. They like to keep them active and out of their room doing some type of activity.

I have been very impressed with management. Anytime there is an issue or a health concern they call us. When I visit, everything in the building seems to be in working order and the caregivers are always smiling and friendly. They seem like a good group of people. The price is fair. They are attending to his needs around the clock and someone is always there if something comes up. It is hard to put a price tag on that. I have asked if he likes it here and he says yes. He is very content. He doesn't even want to get out to go for a car ride. He feels very secure here.

The management has been really good. My mom has said that there is plenty of food and it is good and there is plenty of variety on the menu. The service staff is fine and accommodating. In regards to the activities, I know that they encourage her to take part in things but it is her decision to take part in things. I know the housekeeping is good. I am impressed with Kathy who is the head nurse there as well as the girl who gives the meds.

We chose this place for my grandma because once we went there, we just had a feeling. It was clean, organized and warm. I am satisfied with the building maintenance and the housekeeping is perfect. They have their activities very well organized and they're consistent. The dining room seems appropriate and she is very pleased with the food. I have talked to a couple of different people in management and everyone has been helpful. The price is fair and both, the services and accommodations are satisfactory. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community.

The community is doing a really good job and they have been attentive to my mother's needs. The activities are good. I know the residents enjoy the activities. Henry the Coordinator has been really good about getting her to participate. The management and dining is also great. She seems to really enjoy the food.

The manager is pretty good and has been patient with my parents. They have been responsive. They have a nice nurse. She seemed very focused on making sure I had all that was needed . When I have been up there, I have found the Activities Director to be vivacious and fun.

The management helped us through the paperwork and everything else. She looks like she is happy with food in dining. She especially loves the bingo in activities. They keep it really clean over there.

You cannot find a better place than this community. The staff are all personable, loving, and caring. They work very hard to keep us entertained and happy. Everybody is so happy here!

This is the best place in town. They have done a great job at this community. The care staff always makes sure that my mother in law has her meds, and I think the staff is doing fine with activities. She is happy with the food, and the meals are substantial quanities. She loves the place. I'm pretty happy with managment. The value is excellent.

The management does a great job with taking care of my mother. When things need to be done they keep me informed and involved and they get things done. I know that she is in good hands because of them. Overall, the food is like restaurant quality. There is a lot of variety of activities and there are multiple things every day. They have done a excellent job with housekeeping and laundry and they are friendly and they do their job well. The building is in excellent condition.
