Royal Estates of Wichita Falls

If we have a complaint or problem, all we have to do is call the front, talk to somebody, and they take care it. Royal Estates has the best reputation for the staff and atmosphere and overall assisted living in Wichita Falls. My mom is happy with the transportation service. The maintenance team responds pretty quickly. My mom has no complaints with the food, and the dining service is good. The management team knows us on a first name basis. For value, it's probably the best in Wichita Falls.

We get a lot for what we pay. Transportation is excellent. A lot of it is the bus driver. He is an excellent driver and is thoughtful and caring about people. Housekeeping are good. They clean all the time, they will do anything you ask them to do. The variety of food, to me it seems like it varies. The kids in the dining room are real helpful. I think they do a good job. I feel like they are accessible and repsonsive when I ever have a question. I have already recommended it to many people and I will continue to do so.

Management is on top of everything and very responsive, the healthcare staff has been accessible and friendly to the residents. The apartment and community looks nice and the transporation is reliable. The housekeeping values clean apartments and stays up to date with laundry. Overall, I would recommend the community.

There is menu variety and the dining service is good. They have outings all the time and housekeeping is pretty good. If I spill something they will come even if it isn't my cleaning day. That is a plus.

They play with the Wii and do a lot of bowling which she absolutely loves. My mother also goes on all the bus trips and enjoys the outings. Housekeeping does a very good job and the transportation services works fabulously for her. She speaks very highly of the bus driver and says he is very helpful. The value is very good and she is very happy with the accommodations.

We appreciated management's positive attitude and the way things are handled there. The food is served pleasantly, and the staff is very nice. We appreciate them very much. The value is very good. The maintenance team is also very good.

The transportation is fabulous. The driver is such a kind gentleman. He doesn't act like it is a burden. The transportation and the food is the highlight. I've only asked for maintenance for a couple of times, and they were very prompt. The food is very good. The variety is very good. I eat there quite often. I've had no conflicts with the management. They have made it very easy for me to get my son into the facility, and they turned inside out to make sure he had a ground floor. I'm appreciative of them. They have all been very helpful. Considering other places, I think the price is very reasonable. I just can't say enough good about the food and the transportation.

Management is all wonderful. They've been very helpful. She uses Healing Hands. They have an office there, and they're great. She goes out to eat sometimes and plays bingo and stuff like that. They always have activities going on.

The management team is very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. The dining staff treat mom like a queen, the staff is really good. She eats well three meals a day, and they accommodate her, getting her whatever she wants. Our maintenance issues are taken care of immediately and they even come back later to check and make sure it's running smoothly. The transportation service is perfect, they are available all the time. It's worth it. The apartment is a very good space, she’s very comfortable and safe.

We definitely feel like we are gettting our money's worth from the facility. The bang for our buck is great. They are professional, courteous, friendly and have attention to detail. She brags all the time about the food selection. That is one of the reasons we came here. She doesn't attend all of the activities, but she has a blast at the ones she does. Whether it be the music or the groups they have, she loves to go when she feels like going. We have never had any issues with laundry. It is done in a timely manner and to her liking, which is a plus. If mom is happy, everyone is happy. As far as cleaning, that facility is top notch.
