I'm satisfied with the management; I don't see anything wrong with them. The maintenance staff is good, it's excellent. They do a fantastic job staying on top of things, housekeeping in there on a daily basis and good at their job. The service is very good; they treat the patients real well.

I think everything is pretty good overall. I think maintenance is pretty good and smells good. I think it's a safe and reliable place.

They are pretty close to price with everyone else around here. If I do have any questions, the management staff is readily available to answer. Everything seems to be great in terms of maintenance. Everything seems to be great.

Kelsey, Pat and Lucy seem to be pleasant and very willing to help you. They have enough activities to keep people occupied. I am very pleased with the girl who cleans. She does what I ask her to do and a little more. The maintenance staff moved the refrigerator up from the floor for me because I cannot bend down. They built me a shelf as well. They will take you where you need to go. People are very friendly and I am happy.

I'm very appreciative of the staff, the time they took to orient my father to a new organization; I'm very pleased we found this organization. They're very responsive and the timeliness when he's done with appointments is very good. The maintenance staff is excellent, I'm very appreciative of the help they did in helping him set up his computer, that was something I didn't expect so they are excellent. The management staff answered our questions in a very professional manner. The ability to have a community and family, people already reached out and are engaged and know his name, I'm very happy.

Whenever you need help the maintenance staff is always there to help. I feel very confident; I think they're at the top. I do feel that it's very comfortable. It's fine as far as I'm concerned.

I think that overall, it's a good value because they have a lot of activities and such. The management staff has always been very understanding and informative. They call me when problems are happening, so they are just very informative and accommodating. I think their activities are great. My mother-in-law enjoys the workouts in the morning and misses it when the person is not there. She really enjoys all the little games. I have never seen any problems with housekeeping. Her room is always cleaned well, and it seems like the hallways and common areas are as well.

I'm good with the cost, anywhere is expensive but it's pretty comparable to other places in town. The management staff is just awesome, they're great. The maintenance staff is friendly and fix anything that is wrong. The caregivers are all good, they're great.

The facility feels like home. Management has been extremely kind, considerate, and easy to work with. They meet all of mother's needs, and then some. They're always available, anything I ask for they have been Johnny-On-The-Spot, and help me or get me information on how to get help. They do a really good job of finding something that will be interesting to everyone. They have a good variety of options like shopping, dancing, games, and casino trips. There is something for everybody.

This is my home. It's wonderful, I wouldn’t want to be any place else. The facility feels like home. We have special events where we invite policemen, firemen, local authorities, we have barbecues, the chef is great, and it feels like a true community. Everybody is friendly here. The place is getting older but they are doing everything they can to keep it up and make it better. John is one of the best people you'll ever meet, he's like our brother, he does all he can. He's got two arms and two legs, but you'd think he had sixteen with all he gets done. When you need him he's always there. There are nearby places way more expensive but don’t have the services we have, which are wonderful. I'm pleased with everything here. Our management is wonderful. They answer any questions you have, they're always friendly, and they're always there if you have a problem. They're like our brothers and sisters.
