I know for activities they do a lot of stuff. I see them exercising, playing bingo, painting, listening to music. They do a good job keeping her occupied. I think maintenance is doing a good job. She had to have her toilet worked on and they hung up a bracket for her. I think the managers are doing a good job. I asked mom the other day if she liked it and she said she thinks she does. She feels safe there and she likes it there.

The staff were always doing something with the residents.

My dad really enjoyed the food and the staff did the best they could to accommodate him. Every time we went in there, the staff were doing something with the residents. Maintenance was good. If something was wrong, they got it done once we told them. The care givers seemed like they did everything they could for him. They were right there when he run his buzzer.
