Sage Harbor at Baywinde

The management staff has gone above and beyond and they'll call me right away and let me know what's going on so I find them to be pretty good. The care is phenomenal. There have been no problems at all, I know the maintenance guy and he does an excellent job. It's an excellent facility. I don't have much negative to say about them.

I'm very pleased with the management. I've had interaction with Fran McMullen and have had great feedback from her, she's been very attentive and overall any concerns I've had she has addressed quickly. She's wheelchair bound and they bring her out once a week if that's what she wants to do. They're very accommodating with her and they take different trips to accommodate the people there so I would say it's a great service. Everywhere I've ever been in the building is very clean. The care staff makes my mom feel important, they listen to her and help her as needed so overall it's a great experience.

It's probably in line with what the rest of the communities are. My mom's been very happy with her room. The nursing staff is very good there, they're very helpful. The maintenance has been very helpful to my mother. If there's a problem in her room, somebody comes down and fixes it.
