Management is accessible and responsive, and they have good rapport with both residents and families. I have very high regards for the healthcare staff because they're caring caregivers, and they communicate information to me. The transportation service is consistent ,and the vehicle is pristine. The maintenance man has been very good with following up on the few things we've had, and the building looks terrific. Their activities are very well planned and great. My mother thinks highly of the chef, and as a pretty accomplished cook herself, she really likes the soups. She says that things aren't overseasoned and it's well prepared. Overall, all of the staff I engage with, from care to activities to the administrative side, are very forthcoming and punctual. I am impressed with the direction they're going.

She is doing better there. When you compare it to all of the other facilities in that area, I think they are the nicest one I saw. The pricing seems like it is good for what you get there. So far, my mom is happy with everything and likes living there. The care staff seems pretty good. They seem accessible. The medication management is run efficiently. They are always respectful when I am there, and my mom likes everyone. Everything in the building always looks good and seems to be running well. The building is very nice, and they keep it clean. I wish I could live there sometimes. Every time I go there, her room is nice and clean and her clothes look like they have been taken care of nicely. My mom does a lot of activities there and has a lot of fun doing them. My mom is very complimentary of the food. The service has always been good when I've been there. They are polite and everything moves along very well.

Laundry and housekeeping have been god for dad. I think the activities are consistently good. Maintenance is going great. They're very responsive.

As far as I'm concerned, nothing is perfect, but they come pretty close. The nurses there have been very helpful. Sometimes he forgets to go down and get his medicine, and they go looking for him. I'm very happy with that. I'm very impressed. The maintenance has been pretty good about everything that he has needed. He had to have his carpet cleaned a couple of times, and they always came right in and did it. I think the building always looks great. I think it's beautiful. The housekeepers are excellent. Every single person that's ever taken care of something for him does nothing but an excellent job. Same thing with laundry. They're excellent. The young ladies make sure that it's nice and clean, and they put it away and fold thing up well. They have good activities that people can go out on if they want to go out, which is a very good thing. The management has been very respectful and very friendly. I think that what they provide is worth what they charge. I am happy with the apartment. You couldn't do much better. I feel very comfortable that he's safe. I'm very impressed with the majority of things that they do. My loved one is happy there. Most of the people that work there are very friendly and very nice. I can't think of any place better that he could be. As far as I'm concerned, nothing is perfect, but they come pretty close.

Anytime I contact management, they call me right back, and if there is an issue, they will call and explain it. My friend just loves the staff here. He raves about them. They treat him so well. He just thinks they are the greatest. He is very pleased with the dining and says the food is great. Everyone is served properly and quickly, and they always have staff running around. It is great. The activities can't be much better than what they are doing. His apartment is always spotless,his clothes are always clean, and the place always smells good. It is a brand new community, and it is like a hotel. It is not a dreary place, but it is a friendly place to walk into. I have seen other communities that are cheaper, but the services aren't as good. Everything here is done first class and efficently.
