The laundry was good. I did my own laundry, but I got some help, which I needed. The maintenance response time is good. The housekeepers were good. I have no complaints about the management. I think it is a good value. The facility has definitely improved.

I want to tell you that this is the best place in the world because of the staff. The staff is so accommodating to the personal needs of the residents. I have never encountered anywhere I have been that has been so solisitous and complimentary to the residents. Everybody feels that they are very lucky to be here. The management team is fantastic. Jamie is an outstanding manager. He is accessible 24/7. He is working hard for the needs of the residents. He knows so much about everybody that he can put his finger on their needs before he even talks to him.The activities are stupendous. Debbie works very hard to supply activities that are interesting and profitable in mental health to the community. The housekeeping is spectacular.

I've been here almost 10 years, and I think it's a wonderful place. I couldn't be in a better place. The transportation has been wonderful. They are thoughtful and help us when we need. I enjoy several activities. There always seems to be something for us to do if we want, and they’re very good choices. The management team in the front office is very good. The weekly cleaning from housekeeping is good. The people that I’ve here make it a great place, and so do the staff. I don't know how, but management finds the best people.

Management are just superb. There's never a call that isn't answered. They're all so kind, happy and good to me. I couldn't be happier. They are so good. Housekeeping is wonderful, and we're very well taken care of. The transportation services are very good and accommodating. I've been here five years, and I've never had any problems or cause to dislike management. I get a lot for what I pay.

As a RN, the quality of care with not just the environment, but the people, is fantastic. It's very warm, and the staff is amazing, friendly and engaged. I couldn't handpick better people. Management actually personally care about my father's emotional well being. I have never seen or heard of any instances with something being broken, leaking or anything of that matter that wasn't attended to promptly. His place is kept clean and the activities are absolutely entertaining and well planned and everything is consistently scheduled. Overall, my family can't thank the staff enough for everything they do for my father. It's not just him, but everyone there. Money can't pay for this kind of stuff, so it just means so much to us. If I knew more seniors in that area, they'd probably have a waiting list.

Management is very concerned and they treat me like I am family. I am very fond of the food and the activities are absolutely wonderful. This community is the best one around.

I feel very safe and comfortable, I never have to think about that. The managers are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you, they're great. The shuttle bus drivers take me to the doctors, they do a great job. The activities can keep you busy every minute of the day. The housekeepers do my laundry and they do a good job. The building is nice and clean. Compared to other places the value is very fair. I am very happy here. They're just all great. I would recommend it to anyone.

In comparison to what it cost me to live in Florida, the value is great and I am very happy with the apartment because it's neat, clean and more than enough for me. Management has been absolutely fantastic and I love the fact that they all call you by your first name because it makes it feel like home. I enjoy all the meals at the community and housekeeping comes in to clean on Friday mornings. They also wash my sheets and towels, so it feels like I died and went to heaven because everything has been perfect.

Management goes out of their way to help you and it's a smoothly running operation, so I feel very comfortable at the community. I get to places on time and I like going grocery shopping once a month, so the transportation service is just great. You can mention maintenance requests, like light bulb changes, to them on the way to breakfast and it'll be fixed before lunch. Overall, I am very satisfied with the price and there isn’t anything that I am not satisfied with here, so it's actually surprising how little I pay for how much I get.

There are plenty of activities available and the housekeeping is good. There's good menu variety, the food is good. The building maintenance is satisfactory.
