Management really paid attention to what the residents are saying and the activities were managed really well, they had great lectures and concerts, everything was wonderful. Housekeeping was great, I think the staff did a great job; everybody was wonderful.

I am satisfied with the variety of the menu and the service in the dining room is excellent. The servers are so good. I am satisfied with the activities and the housekeeping is good. The housekeepers cover everything including the dusting. They do my laundry and I am very satisfied. The value is excellent as this community and I am very satisfied with the management. If I have any problems they are right here.

Management cares about the individuals and the nutrition is wonderful and the dining staff couldn't be better, they're lovely. The activities are acceptable for anything you want to do, I'm in the exercise program and play bridge, there are a multitude of things you can be involved in. Housekeeping is excellent and the maintenance department is lovely; I'm extremely happy to be here.

It's the best place that I could choose. The dining is fine. It is like homecooking. I am well nourished. They go out of their way to make it good. For the activities that I do particpate in I do enjoy. They have a nice choice of concerts. The housekeeping is really good. They do everything well. They are realiable. They do the laundry and they will do special things to make it look nice. I think the whole place is great. The transportation services are excellent. I have never been left behind. I think it is a wonderful place to be. The basic needs are met and there are a lot of places to be private and as social as you want to be.

This place is really something wonderful. I don’t have any concerns and I've been here almost two years. Management is very good. They're right on top of everything always. They're always one step ahead, handling problems before they get anywhere; also on maintaining the physical place. Jaime, the Director, is excellent; he's on top of everything and hires good people. We have a wonderful new menu each week and the food is well-prepared and served hot. Most of the meals are to everyone's liking, as far as preparation and service, it's good. You can be as busy here as you want to be with the activities here. The vans are always on a schedule. Every day is scheduled, they're on time, the vans are clean and well-maintained, and the drivers are excellent. The housekeeper is usually on time and also takes care of my laundry and cleans my apartment. Every one of them is very, very nice. Any problems anyone has, maintenance is right there on it immediately. They are very, very good. I am very satisfied, I feel very safe and comfortable, I am very happy here.

I have been here for almost two years and I think the value is very good. The management and maintenance staff have been fine. Housekeeping is very good. I don't go to any activities but they have a lot of them and I guess they're very good. Overall, it's a fine place.

The management is very good. They are very friendly and give you information when you need it. The activities are excellent. There is always something going on and you can choose what you want to do. The housekeepers are very accommodating and they do a very good job. They are willing to do a little something extra. The laundry is excellent. The maintenance is good too. Anything we ask they will do. The transportation is very good. The things you need are available. You can go shopping or they will take you to the doctor. The drivers are very helpful.

Management is marvelous, they pay attention to the smallest of details. There are certainly plenty of activities, there seems to be something for everyone. The housekeeping is very thorough and it's a lovely apartment; I feel very comfortable. The transportation services are wonderful, they're very responsive and good.

For the price you can't beat it. The food is good. Everyone does a good job in the dining room. There is always something for people to do in activities. They keep the room spic and span. They do your laundry for you. They do everything for you here. I am glad I am here. Right now I would rather be here than home. I am just here for a couple month during the winter. I will probably stay another month this winter. You just can't find a better place to live.
