The Seasons

I think the personnel are very good and very cooperative. That is helpful if you have something going on and want it fixed. They want your input and will act on things you present to them. The food is good and the service is good. The cleaning is good. When they get done they ask you if they can do anything else. They aren't perfect but they are very good.

There are all kinds of activities, more then I can do. The transportation is going very well. I can go to the grocery store and I like that. They are comparible with other places that I have looked at. I have been here a year and I have no complaints.

So far we have been very happy with everything. Every time we call the management gets back to us and has helped us every time. The activities are good. Pretty much every day they have an activity. I think the housekeeping is very good. My mom's apartment looks very nice. They are doing her laundry and it is pretty good. I think the maintenance is excellent. I don't see anything that is wrong and not working. It is very safe and very secure. . It is everything I could ask for to keep them in a nice environment.

If I need anything, management responds. I think that Jill does an amazing job with the activities and they offer a good variety. Whatever I need, maintenance is here. They respond to whatever I need. The overall building looks good and the transportation is perfect. I am really pleased with everything that is going on here.

My wife and I have been here for 8 or 9 months and have had no trouble with the management. Whenever we have a challenge, the response is very quick. We're very pleased with this place. My wife and I like the entertainment that they have. Great singers, great vocalists and great piano players. The transportation service is very good. There is no problem with housekeeping and laundry at all and the building is in very good shape. We've had maintenance hang a couple of things and they were very responsive. We're very pleased with the overall service here.

We looked at several options for her including staying at home or going sort of completely independent. Given her situation we needed a place that felt like a familiar neighborhood and one that would have step up care and was a Medicaid qualified facility. The management is fabulous. They are responsive and friendly and good at speaking with the family and the resident. They have popped in and were able to answer questions and they were attentive to my mom. They continue to do that. They are there when we need them. I have been there twice to eat and it was delicious. The brunch was really good and they offer nice options. The folks who prepare it engage with the residents and make you feel at home. They are a good mix of down home cooks and fine dining. It is tasty and it doesn't taste frozen. The housekeepers show up and they do what my mom asks. The apartment doesn't stink and it is always the way she likes it and left in good order. They have been helping her in the morning. They are attentive to detail. They are very sweet and kind to her. Maintenance has been responsive. From what I know and what I understand it is a wonderful value for what you get.

Judy and Theresa were in charge of my mom's care and we never had a negative response for anything. They knew who my mom was. The dining staff was very accommodating. My mom was vegetarian and they always had something vegetarian. She did enjoy it when we did go in there. The servers were very nice and they knew my mom's name. In regards to the activities, they normally did bingo and hangman. She loved the music in the independent area. The woman who did the housekeeping created a relationship with my mom and my two sisters. When my mom went to the long term care she came to say hi to my mom. I thought the housekeeping was good. Whenever we needed something the maintenance staff came to fix it. The nurses when we needed them were right on it.

My mother recently moved out due to her Alzheimer's, but The Seasons was an excellent community for her while she was there. I liked what they had at the community and the way they took care of things, so when people spend a little more they generally get better quality. Management was very cooperative and transparent about just a lot of things that I had questions about and they were very quick to respond, so I don't think you could have asked for better service because it was excellent service. The food and menu variety during the dining experience was good and the staff did the best they could. The activities were excellent, well planned in advance and they just had lots of different things to do. Everything that was put on the calendar happened exactly like they would and they offered lots of different things. Housekeeping came in often and did a good job. I was actually there one time when they came and the people were both friendly and professional. Transportation was fine and excellent. They'd go on the day that was listed on the calendar and they'd help with groceries if they were too heavy to carry, so overall it was a very good experience. As a matter of fact, I have told friends that Seasons was an excellent community because we have nothing but good things to say about it.

The Seasons was just awesome in every way; her room was great. If we had questions, the management staff took time with us. They listened to us. It was all very, very positive. Housekeeping took care of things right away. All the staff was so great for her. We had private care for her around so we probably didn't need as much as they could have provided but whenever there was a need, they were there and they were on it. They helped us with many decisions, like whether to take her to the hospital and things like that. There was tons of knowledge and experience that we didn't have, that they did, and they were able to help us every step of the way. Trisha and Brandy were excellent, it's been nothing but a positive experience.

The good things at The Seasons are really good and to be honest, I wouldn't have moved if I was still able to do all of the things I could when I came. When I first moved in there was a big sigh of relief because I was so happy and thrilled, so I have always felt safe and comfortable at the community. The activities are wonderful, they really are. I think the Activity Director has done a marvelous job and I hope they don't ever lose her because she is so good, including her assistant who is a big help so I think that department is fantastic. The housekeeping is good and I have had no problems with maintenance. Overall it is nice and pleasant; I just love the atmosphere there because the people and residents are wonderful. I am going through saying goodbye to everyone and it's very tearful, so I am going to miss my comrades.
