Seneca House

There were a good group of people at this community. My husband felt like it was home. The management had done a really great job and the activities were good. He participated in the things he was able to do and there was a good variety. The housekeepers did very well with the laundry and housekeeping and they always stuck to the schedule. The care and nursing also did a great job with my husband. They always had enough staff to serve properly. Overall, the staff at this community is great! They really treated my husband like family and I was very appreciative of that.

I am satisfied with what they do here at the community. The care and nursing staff is good and the building is well maintained. They have good activities and there is plenty going on here. The management is also doing a super job. I am very happy to be here.

I would say we get our monies worth. The management team has been very helpful and friendly. If they don't know an answer, they seek an answer for you. The care staff is very good, attentive, and excellent. When you ask for something, the maintenance man comes and takes care of it. The housekeeper is very cooperative and cleans. She is good. The activities director is doing a great job. The dining servers are very accommodating and will get something for you if you ask. THey are very nice.

Management is just outstanding. If they aren't here, they will gladly take a call on their cell phones or home phones. The new kitchen manager is receptive to criticisms and compliments. She uses the corporate menu but adjusts it, so the residents enjoy it. Housekeeping has been great. They got a new lady in here a few months ago, and she is very thorough. The building is very good. They got a new bus, and it has been wonderful. Since they have gotten the van, the activities have been expanded, which is great. They have gone to movies and out to dinner. There is a fair ground nearby that does a festival for Christmas lights. Everyone was raving about how nice that was. The caregivers do a great job of keeping an eye on my mom and father in law. They are making sure they are as comfortable as can be. I am very happy with the value.

We are really happy with it. My father-in-law seems happy and very well settled. Everything seems to be going great. The management is very professional but kind and caring. You can tell and see it in the people that are there. I have never had any hassles with anybody and they have been super to work with. The food is really good. My father-in-law really likes it.The apartment is very clean and everything is put away. The care givers are doing a really good job. The staff is responsive and they take their time and they are very calm.

Management seems like they know what they are doing and we have gotten along with them very well. The food and dining servers are very good and the activities keep the residents very busy which is good. Maintenance has done anything that we have asked them to do and his room is very nice. The caregivers have been very good to him. They are very patient and help him. I think they do the best they can. This is a nice place and if you have to be at a place like this, this is a good place to be.

His room is nice and adequate for his needs. I've worked with the management staff from the beginning They have met dad's care needs and worked with me on getting him in there and established. They are very good. They keep them active. When I go in there they have singing groups, Christian music or exercise. They are good. They are right there if he needs something. They call me if he needs something and they keep me updated.

Management keeps me informed and they take care of anything that I request right away. The dining service is excellent, there is a lot of variety in the activities and they try to have something available for everybody. I think the building is fine. The apartments are very nice and roomy with a lot of windows. The hallways are nice and large so it is easy to manuever. The caregivers are very pleasant and I haven't ever requested something that wasn't taken care of right away. I talk to other family members there and we all feel very fortunate to have our parents here. This is a great community and is so far above The quality of other places I have been too.

He has all of his needs met there. I really like the place. There is an inner courtyard with trees and places to sit in the sun. It just seems like a warm and inviting space.

It's a better value than their previous home and they haven't had anything bad to say about the experience. They really like the people and the management has been super to them. I think the building looks really nice and I am sure the garden area will be fun for them in the summer. Activities are really good and the Happy Hour is very cool.
