My mother lives at the community and throughout the past year I think the management team has been very responsive. The selection of activities is pretty diverse. My mother doesn’t participate in them much. They're there if she wanted to. By in large, her care is going well and everyone seems really nice.
I'm very happy with the community. The management staff has always answered any questions I've had. Anything I've needed, they've done for me. They seem to offer a good variety and mom likes the food. My mom likes all of the ladies that take care of her. They seem to be genuine there.
I looked at a lot of places before my mom moved in and this was the best one. Every time I dealt with management I always had a positive experience. It's like a hotel. Overall I think the care she receives is extremely good.
I have no complaints with the medical/nursing care that he has received there. I've been there to visit my parents and their apartment is always nice and clean. There is something going on there all the time. Every time my sister calls somebody is willing to talk to her and help her. Whatever we need checked in to, the ladies there are more than willing to check into it for us. You get the services that you are willing to pay for, and my sister and I are very pleased with the facility and the services.
