The Sheridan at Green Oaks

Mom recently moved in because it seemed like the best fit, being close to me, it's clean, and the people are friendly. The care givers are really very responsive. Her place always looks clean and her laundry is always done when we come there. She likes the bingo and getting outside to go for a walk, they keep her busy every day and she likes the activities. Any time I've called or had questions the managers are right on top of things. Her apartment is nice, the community’s value is good.

They are taking care of my dear friend and the staff always make sure she is included in activities during the day, which I appreciate. She always looks nice and everything there is nice and clean.

The building is always clean, parking is great, and grounds are beautiful. Maintenance does a fine job, they are very responsive. Housekeeping is fine, the girls are polite, thorough, and helpful. The activities are very good, there's quite a variety. For what I get the price is very fair. They have been concerned for us and really makes us feel like a family.

The care she receives is always very good. Her room is nice and the shower set up is great. The staff will take our calls and emails without an issue. We have had a great experience with the sales team and leadership. They have activities that are interesting, varied and offered all throughout the day. The building is always nice, clean and smells good.

When I was looking for a community I was taken in by the happiness that was displayed here by both residents and staff. The building is very nice. The transportation service they offer has worked out really nice for me.

We really liked the community’s physical looks and the staff seemed very conscientious, so mom moved in recently. The management team is very responsive and knowledgeable. The food is very good and they have nice selections. She had one cleaning from housekeeping so far and it was good and her apartment was clean and ready when she moved in.

The community is new, modern and very nice. I had a lunch with dad and enjoyed the food and service. There are a lot of activities to participate in and his room was really clean when he moved in.

The care staff have just been amazing with him. They call me when they need to and they give me updates regularly. I couldn't have a better set of people caring for him, they are all fabulous. The food is very good and I think they have a good amount of activities offered. They have a beautiful building and courtyard to walk in.

Whenever I have a concern the management is free to talk and they are doing great. The dining is excellent.The food is good there and my husband loves the food. The care givers are wonderful and the nurses keep on top of everything and they call me when there is a problem.

It makes my sisters and I feel better knowing she is safe and being taken care of. She enjoys the activities; she is 89 and goes as much as she can and she seems to enjoy them. The building itself is clean. They maintain it and the grounds are kept up and clean as well. The transportation service is always available and she knows how to tell them in advance where she is going and the time. It is all very organized and there has never been a misstep. I think the care is very good; they work together nicely and are caring. They seem to be on top of things.
