The Sheridan at Hobe Sound

The Sheridan is a beautiful place. They go above and beyond. The people that work there are terrific. Anything that came up was handled appropriately by the management. Everybody had a great attitude. There were a lot of activities, and she did participate. There were things on site at the Sheridan like arts and crafts. There were also outings where they went to different restaurants and my mother-in-law enjoyed that. Her apartment was always very clean and the maintenance is phenomonal. They are always very, very accommodating. The transportation was used for a couple of doctors appointments and that went great. There were no complaints. They had her to her appointments on time. They saved the family time out of our day to make arrangements to take her. Everything was great with the care. They were responsive all the time and Pam who was ahead of memory care was absolutely wonderful.

The pricing is very inline for the newness and the ondition of building. The apartment layout is perfect. Management is very receptive. They talk to me, and they did a satisfactory job with the hurricane. The healthcare staff are very nice and caring, and If I have concerns, I can let them know. When my mom needs appointments, they transport my parents, and the staff goes along, which has been very good. The maintenance man takes pride in the building like it's his own home, and housekeeping picks up trash every day. My father goes to activities and enjoys them, and there iare plenty of things consistently offered. Overall, for what they're getting in an Assisted Living community, it's phenomenal. The community has a homey and lovey feeling to where I feel that I could live there.

The community is in the ballpark, and they're doing a great job, so we are happy that they are there. Management is completely accessible and responsive if needed. We got to meet the nurse practioner, and I am pleased with her oversight. The maintenance man is on top of things, and the grounds look great. Whoever does their laundry is doing satisfactory work, and they're both pleased with the assortment of activities available. They enjoy playing bingo, and my dad is now starting to do exercises, along with brain games to make him think. They have thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience thus far, and I would say it's top notch. We just had a number of meals there, and they were wonderful. Overall, everybody has been really great to my parents with loving on them and caring for them.
