Management and housekeeping do a good job, and maintenance and transportation is very good. I can count on the transportation. The caregivers are excellent and do a really good job. My mother in law is happy with the activities she does, and she really enjoys the musical things.

The food is good, and Mom likes it. My mother is getting good care, and she is comfortable there. The building is fine. She loves the bingo, and she probably does three activities a day.

Management knows everybody, both family and residents, by name and are very aware of the residents' conditions and what they need. I can be walking with my husband from memory care to assisted living, and they will always stop, say hi to my husband, and ask how he is doing. My husband is in therapy, and they will tell him to stand up straight and keep his head up since that is what he is working on. They are very involved. The food quality is fine. The people that work here are excellent, and the staff keeps the residents busy with activities all the time. They have a good variety of activities, so it covers all abilities and levels. The laundry is fine and good, and anything that is broken or needs to be fixed is taken care of right away. My husband loves to go on the bus for trips. The driver is wonderful. He helps everyone on and off and makes sure everyone is safe. The caregivers know everybody, and they know everything about everybody.

Management is very good and helpful and the nursing is excellent. The food is excellent, the choices are nice, and the service is good. My sister enjoys the exercise and she really likes the big screen TV where they watch NFL games. I have checked out several communities. This community is the best one in the area.

The management has been very cooperative and helpful. The place is always clean. I have been there at off times, and they are always in there making sure the room is clean and the laundry is done. The building is also nice and clean. The care givers seem to be on top of everything.

The food arrangements are excellent, the living accommodations are excellent, and the care of the facility is excellent. Kelly is doing very well. Brenda in the dining hall does an outstanding job as far as preparing all the meals and distributing the meals. In regards to the activities, they keep us happily busy. The housekeeping and laundry are excellent, and the staff is very polite. The response time of the care staff is excellent.

I am satisfied with the accommodations I receive. I have no problems with management. They're accessible. The healthcare staff is respectful and responsive if I need them. Transportation services at the community are consistent and flexible. I like the environment, and both the apartment cleaning and laundry is satisfactory. They try to keep the residents occupied with activities offered. All in all, I feel safe and comfortable living here.

The management has been very helpful with my dad. My dad is very happy with the food, and the service in the dining area is very good. There are a lot of choices for the activities, and my dad loves the happy hour. The care givers take very good care of my dad. He does use the call light, and they are very timely. He is being very well taken care of, and he is very happy.

The head of nursing and all of her crew is really good. The maintenance team has been really good too. The housekeeping is excellent. They've been really good about that. That's a blessing for us. I think they try to provide as many activities as they can. They do a good job of it. They plan lots of things. The dining is excellent. The wait staff is super. The timing is good, and the food is good. There's plenty of things on the menu, and their food is delicious. They do a wonderful job with it. We're very happy with the food. Management was good to deal with. Everything was satisfactory, and the manager was really efficient. It was nice to have everything explained. I was really happy with the set up. It's working out well for us. We really like it.

With so many people with varied needs, they do a very good job of running a facility like this. The food is good. There are a lot of good things to take part in. They are there to help you if you need it. The activities are a high caliber, and you can do them or not. I think the drivers are amazing, and they get us where we want to go. They go out of their way to be helpful. The care staff have been helpful and concerned. I feel like we get a lot for our money.
