For the service that my wife is getting there and the compassion of the staff and cleanliness the value is well worth it. I think Director has a good handle on thing and the staff is very responsive to her. There is some sort of activity going on every day. Her apartment is always clean. There is never anything out of order in the building. The place is absolutely spotless. It amazes me that with so much activity there they keep it as clean as they do. The transportation services take her to her appointments and I bring her back. This has worked out for us. I think the care staff is very good. They monitor practically all of her moves. Take care of her medication confidently. They're hands on handling of her is always with care. I don't think I could have found a better place for her.

My mom has been living at The Shoreline at Clinton for almost 3 years and we're satisfied with the services and accommodations she is receiving at the community. Management is very responsive if I call and they're helpful if I want to know something from the Nurse. I have met the Chef and he is very friendly allowing us to sample some of the desserts to which we really liked, otherwise the food seems fine and I am quite pleased with it. Her housekeeping is fine as far as I can see, I take a walk there twice a week and every time I go into her apartment, I am usually satisfied. The community has one maintenance man, but he is competent and does a good job. Regarding the care staff, I think they do a very good job too. They're always there and helpful, if anything happens with my mom they will give me a call. We're pretty much on a first name basis and they just go out of their way to be helpful, so it's been a positive experience for our family.

It has been about three years since my mother moved into the community. I am very satisfied with the care as far as her health. Her room is always so neat and tidy and there are plenty of activities to do inside the community. The building always looks very nice. I have already recommended it to another friend of mine and she is now also a resident here.

They serve balanced meals, the servers are nice and attentive, they know what my mom likes to drink and what she needs. The Manager is creative and dining is well thought out and varied. I think they offer good activities. Housekeeping is good. The care is good.

The management is excellent. They're very receptive and get back to you. The food is excellent, service is good, and everything is good. The caretakers are very concerned, and they're making sure my wife is doing all right. Everyone is very receptive. I have no problems.

It looks good. It always seems clean. The management, dining, and housekeeping are all good. The caretakers have her ready to go when I come there. I'll call and when I get there she's right there in the lobby. I'm very satisfied with what they do. They're excellent; they have an excellent staff there.

I'm very happy with everything. My mom's absolutely safe, and comfortable and happy. They treat her with total respect and they absolutely care for her. It's Immaculate. The maintenance staff have hung curtains and hung pictures for her. When I brought her back after church and they were doing one of their activities. There were some many people there, and they were cheerful and active. From what I can see, it's very well-organized and my mom has been wonderfully taken care of. She's absolutely safe, and comfortable and happy.
