It is fair and comparable to other facilities. I think you get what you pay for. The guy who runs the kitchen is really nice. The maintenance team responds to work orders quickly and housekeeping has been very nice. The care staff is very responsive to them. My mom has needed an ambulance a few times and they check on her often when she comes back.

I'm happy here and that's what counts. The caregiver is very good. I have my pills delivered and they come in 3 times a day. I think the grounds are maintained well. They address the maintenance quickly. I love my housekeeper. She comes in when I'm not here and does everything she can. They pick my laundry up and bring it all back. The food is great. I like the food. I like living here, they treat me good and I met someone here and it's just happy. I didn't think I'd be happy when I first went in, I didn't know anybody and everything like that. But now I know everybody.

For its cleanliness and the accommodations, the room and the food area is outstanding. Everything is good and I think I'm getting my money's worth. I think the management staff is perfect, it's a tough job they have. They have been there when I had questions and they've helped my husband when it's necessary. They have just taken care of whatever issues I've had at the time. The food is always good and everyone there is so helpful, kind and pleasant. Ken is the head guy therefor maintenance and I went in yesterday and had a few pictures to be hung and he said he would do it right now. I would live there if I had to. I've just been very grateful for them, for all of them. They have been very welcoming and just very good.

It was a place that still kept my mother-in-law somewhat independent, so she could do a lot on her own but have the safety and security of knowing she could push a button if she needed help. We're pretty happy with it. We highlight the things she likes, like the sit and fit and church, bingo, happy hours on Friday with the music. She's been participating so that's a good thing. I think it's going well. The maintenance staff was really good, they helped hook up the TV and when we moved in the refrigerator in there was making a ton of noise and they put in a brand new refrigerator. I think they're very friendly and she was amazed with how fast they knew her name. It makes her feel more at home, more personal.

The closest that we found that was cheaper than Jamestown was here. So far, the management staff has been very good and very helpful. The dining is very good. You couldn't ask for better. With the housekeeping, they come in once a week and do a very good job. Everything is just great.

My mother-in-law is happy there, she feels safe. It's a nice place. What she enjoys most is the socializing aspect of it with her fellow residents. It's really the only place around here; there are a couple other ones that are not really nice. She seems happy there.
