Summit at Sunland Springs

The care staff does very well and they seem attentive with the residents. The maintenance keeps everything in good working order and the dining room seems to have a good variety on the menu. The management is also responsive when you call and want to talk to them. Compared to other communities in the area, this one is better.

The management team is friendly and talk to me in the halls. The housekeepers come into my apartment to clean once a week and maintenance installed my television!

The care staff is Johnny on the spot, and that is what I want. If there is anything that goes on, they are right on it. I have no complaints with the maintenance. They do a good job. They have a maintenance guy there who is Johnny on the spot with anything that needs to be done. The building and grounds are brand new and in good condition. They do a fantastic job with laundry and housekeeping. My mom seems to be pretty engaged with activities, and they have enough outings. The dining services seems to be pretty good. The staff is quick and friendly. They have a couple of stellar people on the management team. They are the reason we went there and the reason my mother has stayed there. They are always accessible and responsive. They know me well. I think it is a good value, and the accommodations are very nice.

The maintenance man is unreal. Even if you have a problem with your computer, he's right there to fix it for you. The building is beautiful. They keep this place up and just tremendous. If anything goes wrong, they fix it. The housekeeping services have been very, very helpful. There's no problem there at all. I think they do quite well on activities also. They have a lot of different people come to entertain us with music and all that. They really go all out to have a bunch of stuff going on every week. The food is fantastic, and so is the service. I appreciate that the management team appears to be honest and hears for us.

There is enough variety to chose from in dining. The service is excellent. When I pop in during the day, it seems like they have a good variety of things for them to do in activities. I think the maintenance service is very good. Overall, I am very pleased

I was really happy with it, and I consider us blessed that we have this facility as close as it is to our community. My husband had good caregivers. They checked on him all the time. They were always there. We had to use the transportation service one time, and that was excellent. Everything went like clockwork. Everything was nice and clean. The dining room was scrubbed down after meals. It was pleasant and clean, and everything else was clean and well maintained. The outside and the patio were well taken care of. I thought the activities were good for the residents there. The food was excellent. The service was very good. I like what the management team did. I was happy with the Summit.

Every time my husband and I walk in, we're thrilled with how the building is maintained and any time my loved one needs something taken care of in the apartment, it's done. The healthcare staff is nice and responsive. She loves all of their activities, including the exercise, This Day In History and when they bring in music or activities from outside the building. She also likes getting their haircut and pedicure at the community. Management helps her out a lot whenever she has a question and the people at the front desk are both, amazing and super friendly. I am satisfied with the accommodations and she feels comfortable. Overall, for everything she had to do before versus what she gets now at the community, the value is good.

The price of the community is in the ballpark and it's a fair value for services received. When I ask for special care, whatever it may be, the healthcare staff is responsive to it. The nurse practioner is at the community regularly and sends me notes. Maintenance is in good shape and they have one of the nicest courtyards I have ever seen. The apartment seems to be clean to me and the dining services takes good care of her. Any and every time I have met with management, they have been extremely cordial and accommodating. Overall, it's a very nice place for her, I am happy with it and I not only speak for myself, but for my brother and sister too.

The healthcare staff is responsive to help and they're respectful. I don't see anything currently in need of repair in the building or anything that I am aware of in the unit. With apartment cleaning and laundry services, the housekeeping services respond pretty well and take care of them pretty good. My mom is satisfied with what activities are offered at the community and the wait service during the dining experience is satisfactory. Overall, it's a very nice community and I am satisfied with the accommodations provided, my parents feel safe and comfortable living there.

My parents are no longer at the community, but the care was great and the nurses were always in there on time. The building was neat, clean and it always smelled great. The maintenance staff did carpet cleaning for us and they were fabulous. The housekeeping and laundry was fine. They had a lot of activities available and I thought the movie theatre was great. I loved all of the little rooms that had with computers, activities and their pool. We loved the food and they served food timely, so everything was perfect. Any time I had to talk with management, they were super helpful and super friendly, including the billing people. I loved the apartment and that it was very minimal, especially the kitchen. Overall, they felt safe, comfortable and we had a great experience with them.
