My mom gets her meds everyday, and they giver he a shower everyday. She gets special care. I can talk to them about anything at any time. They come right away when she needs them, and they address any issues that come up. If anything happens, maintenance will be there immediately. The activities keep her busy all day everyday. She does quite a bit. Overall, they serve very good food. The dining servers pay attention to her. During the period when we were moving my mom in, everything was excellent with management. They were making us feel welcomed. I get everything I pay for.

The care staff are very aware of my mom's health. If anything comes up, they'll call me. I really appreciate that. They have a maintenance man that is always fixing things. If we have a problem, he's right there. Housekeeping and laundry are good. I think staff works dilligently to separate the laundry accordingly. Every time I go there, her room is clean and vacuumed and dusted. The activities are good. I see a lot of activities posted, and a lot of the residents there are always participating. The dining staff is excellent. They're very friendly and helpful. I've been really happy with the staff. They're friendly and they treat my mom pretty well. I think the facility there is good and clean. I have no problems with it.

Everytime I have had an issue, it has been resolved right away. Management keeps me informed of any changes in policies. From what I have observed, the food looks nutritious. My husband's food is pureed, but he doesn't have a problem eating it. It looks like there are plenty of activities, and the residents are keeping busy. The house is always picked up, and there is never dirt or waste on the floor. They keep it clean, it isn't dusty, and it doesn't smell. I think the care here is fine.

The healthcare staff is good, respectful and absolutely knowledgeable about my mother. All in all, she has been here almost 3 years now and I have been really happy with Sunlit Gardens.

The staff is so pleasant and patient and wonderful with the patients. They are just terrific. The building seems to be in good shape and my mother has never had any problems with getting things fixed. They seem to always have things for them to do and they do a good job of entertaining. I'm very happy with where she is.

The staff seems well organized and efficient. The activities are great. They do a great job with building maintenance. Since I'm not there everyday, the care staff has good communication with me.

The room are nice. The management is very good. They respond to people there and their families. I thought the food looked very good. It was really nice, clean and they do a good job.

All of the care staff seem very nice and the housekeeping staff are keeping everything very clean. The activities all day long are great. The management is very nice and helpful.

Management's interface with us and their communication is great. They made everything simple and they are really down to earth. They have good food and good dining service. The servers try to accommodate you as much as possible. The laundry is very good and maintenance is very helpful with everything. The caregivers try to do their best and they are very good.

They are the third and fourth relative of mine living there so I'd definitely recommend it. The lead managers are absolutely superb, competent, responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. The care givers are so kind and personable.
