Symphony at Cherry Hill

Overall, I feel very safe that my mother is there and the food is really good.

The management is very good. The facility is only a year old so everything is new and clean. The rooms are nice and a good size. It meets my expectations. Most of the people are very positive and upbeat. From the first person you meet when you walk in it is a positive experience.

The management is pretty good and they get back to you on time. Maintenance is pretty good. Everything works and I don't see any problems. The care givers are all very helpful and very nice.

Everybody that I've dealt with has been great. The care staff seems to be attentive, and it doesn't appear that my mother is just a number to them. The place is always spotless. The food looked good to me. The management team just seems to have everything together. They could answer all my questions, and Morgan was a great help when it came time to move in. My mom told my neighbor that she loves it at this community. The place is really nice. The people are nice, and they seem to know what they're doing.

I'm very pleased. I'm so relaxed. We can visit whenever, which is wonderful. I am extremely comfortable with my mom being there. I hope everything stays as impressive as it is. They have really good standards, and I like that. All of the care staff has been excellent and accessible to me. Housekeeping has been excellent. The activities are extremely good. The dining area had the appeal of a nice restaurant, and I love that. It's almost like they're in a little community. It's a nice atmosphere. The staff is all great. My entire family is super happy. They made it very easy for us to go through the process. I go all the information. The call backs from the management team are great. I think I'm getting quite a bit more at Symphony for the money. I feel like we're paying for what we're getting.

I chose the community for my mother because of proximity to my home, it's new and all of their activities. My mom's nurse has been wonderful and everyone else has been very friendly too. The healthcare staff is helpful, knowledgeable and accessible. The Director was very good at advertising the place and they're prompt in their responses. Any concerns I have had, they've been listened to and addressed. She feels safe and comfortable at the community. Overall, I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided.

They have a pretty good variety of activities, and she loves the music. The building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

For what it is, it is perfect. It is very good community. Management has all been fine. The caregivers have been very good. According to the menu, the food seems fine. They seem to have activities that are appropriate for the residents. Housekeeping is very good, and the building is brand new. We haven't had many issues with the maintenance of her room, but when we did, they took care of them right away. I have no complaints.

There is always a quick response to everything that happens. The food is excellent, and the service is very good in the dining area. The care givers are very patient. They like my mother, and they are very sweet to her. They are very attentive and very nice. The maintenance guy is very cordial. If you write him a note, he gets back to you.
