Symphony at Delray Beach

The décor of the dining room and the food is really good, and the dining staff is great. They are very inventive with the activities. They keep the people busy and interested with the activities.

The management is definitely respectful and definitely available. I like that the life styles director has some really great entertainment and happy hours. Often their memory care director will take them over for the entertainment in the assisted living which my mom loves. She loves the higher more engaging, more exciting happy hours. That is really nice. Denise the memory care director is great with the residents and she is really in tune with the resident's needs and any issues that I have with my mom.

It is going very well, she loves the food and she thinks the people are very nice. I think the variety of the activities is good.

I chose it by just how spotlessly clean it is, it's new and everyone that I interviewed, from Jillian to marketing, she is such a support system I can't say enough about her. My mother adores the staff, and the quality of the food, it's been an unbelievable experience so far. Housekeeping is outstanding and maintenance is awesome, they're there within four minutes.

If you're looking at basic provisions of health and well being, I think this is one of the better places. It is one of the best places I looked at. My room is adequate and I am very pleased. The food is amazing. The apartment cleaning is good. Once a week they come in and really turn it upside down and dust and clean. I have no problem with it. The care staff tries hard and does a pretty good job.

It's the one I liked best out of five. It was convenient, brand new, and I have a friend who came here first and recommended it. My husband is safe and comfortable there. Maintenance does whatever we ask for. Management and the care givers have all been respectful and responsive to our needs. We’re satisfied with the food and the apartment cleaning. I am very happy here. My husband made a good transition and they were very cooperative with him.

I liked the room and the cleanliness of the place, it's perfect and they have enough staff there. Denise, the Memory Care coordinator is phenomenal, she's unbelievable, she's on top of things, I'm really impressed with her. Management absolutely listens to everything that you're asking, they're very on top of everything, they've been absolutely wonderful. The general place is very very clean. The maintenance staff is great, they'll carry things for me.

My daughter checked out several communities and chose Symphony at Delray for me. Thus far, the healthcare services have been good and most of the staff I'd say are very, very nice. Regarding maintenance, the community is maintained very nicely and I am satisfied with my apartment because the room is nice. I have a bedroom, a nice little kitchenette and a big bathroom, so the accommodations are satisfactory. With housekeeping, the housekeeping staff has come to do my laundry once so far and I am satisfied with the apartment cleaning provided. With regards to entertainment, the activities at the community are nice. I was supposed to play Scrabble, but my hand hurts and I was dropping the tiles, so I am sitting and rooting. However, they also have some other nice things going on, like singers or musicians coming in, so the activities are pleasant and they do try. In terms of the dining experience, the food isn't bad and there are no problems with the wait service. Regarding management, I' d say they're respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive, but I haven't had problems with anything. Overall, it's been an excellent experience for me because I feel safe and comfortable at the community.

Based on today's market I think it is a good value. Her apartment is lovely. It is very nice. I think the management team does a good job. The food is great. It tastes good and the choices are good. The activities are good. They have Happy Hour a couple times a week. They take my mom out. They have things going on. The housekeeping services are good. Her room is always nice and neat. The bed is always made and the bathroom is clean. They do a nice job and the laundry is really good as well. The maintenance is excellent. The building is beautiful. It is brand new and they do a good job maintaining it so far. Overall, I think we made a very good choice.

During my time there management was very nice and the care staff were friendly, very nice and they were good. Maintenance was excellent. The cleanliness and housekeeping was pretty good, everything was very clean. The laundry was very good, no problems there and the food was pretty good.
