Symphony Manor of Feasterville

At this community, I don't just see the staff and the management just doing their job. I see that they actually care about doing their job and that they care about being on top of the game. It's not something just put forward as a covering. The people there are truly dedicated to their jobs and work and I find that rare in today's workplace. Management has always been ready willing and able to work with me on any issue or concern.The nursing staff from the directors all the way down to the med aides are very responsive, communicative, and they keep me in the loop on everything. Anybody who asks me, the first words out of my mouth are telling them to go to Glenwood, they don't have to look any further.

I feel quite secure and things are going well for me here. Maintenance responds promptly and the housekeeping is good. I really like the activities and the food is very good.

From the nursing staff to the administration, they went above and beyond what they needed to do. The management was always there to answer any questions I had and they got a new activity director in the past six months. Her name was Ashley and she was a gift to the community. My sister's room was always well kept and tidy and the building was recently renovated. The nurses, aides and medtechs were also wonderful. They were absolutely accessible and responsive. They were very caring and called me with any issues. I could call them at any time to check in on my sister and they were always there. They were quality staff there!

All our needs have been met above and beyond. We're just really happy living here. I believe the executive director here is doing a really good job and she has been very kind and responsive whenever I reach out to her. I think they're handling the quarantine well too. The dining staff and everyone has just gone above and beyond when they're bringing us our meals and drinks. They've gone above and beyond the call of duty. The activity directors have been a joy to interact with, and they always come up with varied and nice activities to do. We're just really happy living here.

The management are wonderful people and they are really nice. They are communicative, pleasant and helpful. That place runs like a clock, it is great. They bailed me out of a difficult place and are great. My parents had maintenance fix a couple little things and they were quick, responsive and got it fixed. The nurses are really nice, they communicate and are helpful. They are really a great group of people.

My friend is very well taken care of and he seems to be happy. Management are all very courteous and helpful and they take really good care of Bill. I think they're handling the quarantine very well. They've pretty much locked down the place, for lack of a better word. But I think that's an awesome idea to keep them all safe and well and healthy. And so far so good. From what he tells me he enjoys the food and the service of the food. Also, every time I go in there or around that place, it's immaculate. His room is always kept clean and he's happy with it. They're very accommodating there and they really like him.

It is a great place to live and they do a fantastic job at the community. The management communicates well with us and are very helpful. The quarantine is being handled very well. Anna who is the activities director and her assistant Lanna, they are fantastic. I don't know how they do it. They have tremendous energy and keep that place running. The chef and service in the dining room are great. The food is excellent and there is a good variety. The maintenance does a great job taking care of the place inside and out and I am very satisfied with everything. I am very happy with the community and everything they do for my mother!

I am pretty happy with everything. The food is good and I think they provide plenty of activities. The maintenance staff have always been prompt with any issues we have called them about and the girls that give her the meds are really good.

My husband seems to be well taken care of and the staff is respectful and attentive. The food is very good and he eats everything on his plate. The housekeeping is good and the maintenance comes right away.

The management has been good. When I request something it gets done. Maintenance has been very good and nice and they get right on projects. As far as the food, we have been to a couple of the buffets they have and they were great. I also think the price is very fair and I'd recommend it to others!

I feel that management is very professional and compassionate. Overall, I think they do a great job. The nurition is certainly adequate as far as dining goes. It seems like a well-rounded diet with reasonable variety. The activities are great too. I think they offer great variety and they have certainly done their sincerest best to pull her into things that she might enjoy. Everything always seems very clean and tidy. The drivers and the vans are great, and we've always had good communications with the care staff.

Overall, I found it to be a very fine facility. For the time that my parents were at the community the management was very cooperative. The housekeeping and laundry services were satisfactory and in regards to the maintenance, things were taken care of promptly. The care givers took very good care of my mom and they were doing the best that they could.

I would like to commend them all for doing with the lockdown situation. Tracy and the regular nursing staff are great at keeping me up to date on my Mom’s needs. They have been keeping me in the loop with what I ask them do, and I appreciate it because they're busy. The care staff are always willing to listen if there is a concern. I appreciate that during this time the activities staff is coordinating window visits and the maintenance staff is already out planting flowers for spring. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff I have dealt with all along and the care my father receives has been very good. The building appears to be fine and maintenance staff addresses things at the time it's brought it to their attention. When I come over, which is at varying times and different days, I have never come into the apartment to see it not clean or not well taken care of. It seems that they try to offer a lot of everything with activities. The meals are very good, balanced and the food is very nice. Overall, it's been going as well as can be expected.

With the building and with how the people worked there, they had the best community for my mom. The maintenance staff was good and the apartment maintenance was satisfactory. She enjoyed the food, the people there and she participated in activities. The management was doing an excellent job with COVID and still are. The residents are very protected. She felt safe and comfortable. Everybody there was really great with my mother.

The personnel there are just family. They are just great people and good people makes it that much easier for the families. They've become family to us. Management is very good and if I have any issues I'll call them. They're doing an excellent job handling the Covid situation. The activities and housekeeping are excellent, and they take good care of my Dad. Maintenance also seems to be very good and the building is in excellent condition.

My loved one feels safe and comfortable at the community. The girls are always upbeat, and I see the nurse walking around in the mornings. The building maintenance is good and the housekeeping is very good. The activities I have seen take into consideration everyone's ability, whether it's going to a lake or getting ice cream before a movie. There is a variety on the dining menu. Management answers all of my questions. All in all, I'd recommend it with no problem.

Management is good and responsive to me. They seem to keep things running pretty well. The food is pretty good and is hot every day. My loved one doesn't get involved in the activities much but they keep trying and working at it. Her apartment always seems clean and neat and her clothes are always clean. The building looks nice on the outside and is well kept on the inside. The care is really good. They are very responsive and good at what they do. They take their time with her and pay attention to her. They help her out. The value is good and she is safe and well taken care of.

As soon as he walked in there he said it felt comfortable to him and it is a good value. We are very glad his room is on the first floor so we can go and see him in the window during this Coronavirus quarantine. The people that organize the activities are really friendly and go out of their way to help. Since the lockdown they have been considerate enough to come into his room to visit with him. His overall experiece has been very positive. I think they are doing a good job in a hard situation. When we have needed to talk with them they have been easy to reach and easy to talk to. You can tell they are going out of their way to try and help my Dad be comfortable there.

The community is doing great with the Covid19 situation. Connie and the nurses, Tammy and Jennifer, they have been great calling me to facetime with my father. They are doing the best job they can with what they have. The apartment and building is clean and well maintained and the food is really good. I have eaten there before and my father likes the food. My father feels comfortable and safe living at the community and they really have some great staff! They are taking great care of him.

My mother seems very comfortable and safe living at the community. She enjoys the food and they have a great variety. If there is something she does not like she can order something else. The care staff treats her well and it is a nice community. They have done a really good job handling the Covid19 situation. The management did a good job communicating the day they decided to lock down. They called me, so I could notify family. Within a week to two and a half weeks they contacted us to set up video visits for family to interact with her remotely. I really appreciate that they have gone out of their way to do that with us.

Everything has been fine since we have been here. The girl in charge of the activities is real good with the residents and with keeping morale up. They do a pretty good job with housekeeping and it seems like maintenance keeps up with everything. Whenever she has something that isn't working the maintenance guy comes and takes care of it. They do a good job of transporting her and the caregivers do what they are supposed to do.

My Mom loves it there. Mary is the administrative manager there, and she does a very good job. The care staff are very good. My mom just loves it there and feels safe and comfortable. I think they have handled the COVID situation perfectly. They've had no cases. They have done an excellent job with that.

The management communicates everything and lets me know what needs to be done. Even if I don't have a question they let me know what I need to know. I have asked different things and they have responded. The food is wonderful. They take your order and give you what you want and serve you like you are in a restaurant. Everything throughout the building seems to be in good repair. Overall, I think they do a wonderful job and I am so glad we found a place to take care of my husband so well.

Management seems on top of everything and the care staff are all very kind to her and very patient. If there's a need, they're there. Everything is always clean. I have never really seen anything that is not kept up with.
