Symphony at Olmsted Falls

It was recommended by the healthcare facility my mom was at previously. I was really comfortable with the staff. I think its very price competitive. I think you get a lot for what you pay. Many of the managers are on top of things, glad to help or answer questions. Megan was real receptive when I met her, explained how important communication was, I was really happy with that. So far everything looks good in the apartment, and all her clothes come back from laundry. The caregivers do quite well with her. I'm really happy with that too. If I call them they call me right back and leave detailed voicemails.

We found Symphony for a 30-60 day respite care, and it has been working out really well. We're hoping that my mother-in-law will be staying. The management staff is so empathetic. It's like a wonderful, big family and Megan has been incredible. They're always so flexible, attentive, and responsive. It's a beautiful community and kept up nicely. I haven't heard any complaints about the cleaning or laundry. I feel very fortunate we found Symphony.

Management bent over backwards to make my father comfortable. In their dealings with us they were very prompt and always available. Megan, the Executive Director, is a real nice, sociable, accommodating person. They have very good food, healthy meals, and I like the fact that if the residents don’t want the main meal they have sides they can choose. His clothes are always clean, there's never anything in his hamper. It seems they wash his clothes a lot. The maintenance is great; it's a wonderful guy who runs that program. The nurses and aides from Symphony are very nice, very good. I like them all. The head nurse Debbie is wonderful as well. My family and I are very pleased. It's in a beautiful setting. Everything about it, head to toe, I love about it. I have no complaints at all. I wish I had more money for when I was older so I could move in there too.

The facility presents itself well to visitors. It's always clean. My mom is taken care of and that's my concern. Joe, the maintenance guy, has been great. I would definitely recommend it, especially the memory unit.

I chose it for my mother for the location, we knew a few people there and it fit her needs. The maintenance staff helped us put pictures up so that was nice of them and said if we need anything else, coming in to help move furniture or whatever, he'd do it. He's been excellent. There is someone cleaning the room all the time. It seems like the meals are good, I look at the menu every day.

It's a wonderful facility and my friend is very comfortable and safe there. I'm very satisfied with the management. There is great communication there. They’ll make her special entrees and they are very familiar with her eating habits. The activity coordinators are great. They make sure to get her involved and active. The activity team is wonderful. In terms of cleanliness, anytime we have had a problem, the housekeepers are there right away to help us. In addition, anytime we have issues, maintenance comes to fix them. The nursing staff is great. They are very nice and understanding and they help with whatever you need. I don't have any complaints. Many of them go above and beyond. I hope they keep up the good work and continue communicating the way they are.

I would say it's a good value and it's fair. The management staff has always tried to be helpful and always tried to solicit feedback. They asked me how things were going, and I really can't complain about anything. I thought that the food was excellent. The caregivers were always on top of things and I think they had some really nice aides there. I saw them with people there and they were always patient, always trying to help people along , talk to them a little bit, clean them up if they needed it, or take them to their room.
