Symphony Square

Management is fine with me and they seem to have everything under control. They are there for any questions and to get results. I'm completely satisfied with Symphony Square.

We liked everything we read and heard about it, we went to four different places and this was our favorite. Management is wonderful and the food is excellent. I like the activities; most of them are interesting and fun. It's beautiful; they keep the downstairs clean and immaculate. The transportation services were really easy, they helped coordinate everything for me so that I knew when to be downstairs and everything and it's the nicest car I've ever been in. The healthcare staff has been wonderful, even people you don't know come up and say hello and ask how you're doing.

At Symphony I believe you get what you pay for. I think the food is very good. They go out to eat and go to shows, they have a lot of entertainment coming in and do a lot of activities together. I think Jonathan does really well with that. I think they do a good job. I think the caregivers have been doing a great job. They love my mother and treat her that way so that's very helpful.

The management staff seems to be attentive and is consciously aware of what's going on as far as the nursing staff and making sure they're handling the residents properly. The caretakers are good. They're making sure my cousin's coming down to eat and encouraging him. They do well, they take care of him and make sure he gets up and dressed. I think the activities are excellent. They have a schedule and send it out by email so you can stay up to date on what's happening. I've participated in things myself, the sing-alongs and different activities. I feel the food is great.

The caregivers are all very attentive and attend to my mother's needs. She was in the hospital this past January and when she came back they were very attentive to her. They gave her medication on a timely basis, and when she travels everything is packed up and given to her. She is able to go to them to schedule transportation and they are able to accommodate them. We can email them as well to schedule. It's perfect; I can't say enough good things about it. Between medication, food, entertainment, and 24/7 care for residents, I believe that is all a good value. She loves it there.

We chose this community for my mom because she liked the coloring, food, decorations and art. It was the only place she was consistently positive about. So far, the management team has been responsive. She loves the food. They have a lot of variety and it is cooked the way she likes it. The fact that they're having her engaged, coming down to meals and getting her meds timely is good. So far, the management team has been responsive. It has been a good experience overall so far.

I think the price is fair for what he is getting at the community. My dad likes the food. The desserts are very good. They have a fair variety. They have some foods that are made to order. The service is fine. The maintenance staff has been good and the building is in good repair. There is nothing that they have asked for that has not been provided to them. The nursing staff has always been responsive.

I'm very pleased with the physical therapy here. We went to the steel drum something or other and it was very good. The housekeepers will send the clothes back folded and very neat. The service is very good here.

It is a very comfortable facility. I think they keep the place in very good shape. It is very clean and elegant and comfortable. Whenever I have had to call for things, maintenance staff is there. The guys are always there to help move things. The place never smells, even in the memory unit. The rugs are clean. It is a very bright clean place.

All nursing homes, if you want a nice one, you're going to pay a good amount of money. My aunt's paying a good amount to stay here, but you pay for what you get, and it's very good. Anyone that takes as good care of her as they do is priceless to me. If I ever need the caregivers, I go outside her room and flag someone down, they come right away. I always see the staff cleaning and disinfecting, it's wonderful. Every time I've been there, everything has been clean. The laundry is done well and on time, clean clothes are always put away nicely in her closet. If she messes them up they go back later and clean it up for her. They have plenty of activities, and activities for Memory Care residents.
