Symphony at St. Augustine

She has adjusted there now and tells me this is a nice place. That is what we wanted for her. I like the people that are mom's constant caregivers. They know her and I can walk up to any of them and ask how she is going today and they know. They know if she is having a good or bad day, they really care. I like every single one of them. At first I was concerned about if they would take care of her, would they make sure she eats and would they give her her medicine. I don't have those worries any longer. I know that she is getting the care that she needs. She is safe and I'm her daughter again. I am somebody she loves and before coming here I was somebody that she didn't like. I'm glad this is how I can remember my mom when she leaves us.

I thought the management were excellent. They were very open and informative and they handled the interviews very well. I was pleased with their whole attitude. The building is very attractive. It is nice and open. The care givers have been very informative when I have called and asked questions. They cooperate very well.

To me, Symphony is very nice and the management has been pretty good. The healthcare staff is responsive, apartment cleaning is satisfactory and the common area is kept very nice, so I'd recommend others to the community.

Everything has been very smooth at the community for my husband. Service is wonderful in the dining room, they are willing to make whatever you want at any time. The caregivers are kind, patient, and attentive.

I can call 24 hours and can talk to someone. The staff lets my mom help out in the kitchen so she feels like she's a worker. It's amazing because this is the only facility that has allowed my mother to participate like she's a worker and she just loves that. My mom loves that feeling of independence.

The building was very well designed. It feels good to go in there and the people are happy. I am very happy we found them. My family is happy with the care and concern that is shown. They do an awesome job with activities. They encourage participation by everyone who is mobile. I am really pleased with the level of involvement and kinds of things they provide.
