Symphony at Stuart

Everybody has been nice at the community. The activities are very good there. The building and grounds are kept well. When my mom first moved in we needed them, and the maintenance staff was right on it. She likes it there very much.

The management are always on time with any of our requests... They are very accessible, respectful, and knowledgeable. My parents always compliment the chef and tell me that they have good meals. They are very happy with the food that is served. They just hired a new activities director. She is excellent, and my parents really enjoy being around her. They put together a lot of wonderful activities. They have a really good variety and do a great job. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and maintenance takes care of things when there is something wrong. Transportation is always available if they need to go run an errand, and the driver is excellent, kind, and compassionate. The caregivers are spot on with helping my mom, and are very helpful to us. It is a wonderful value, and we are very happy here.

My father is very happy with his apartment, and he feels safe and comfortable. The healthcare staff is fabulous, kind and loving. They're very attentive with my father, take wonderful care of him, and his doctors are thrilled. Nothing in the building has caught my eye, and I have a very good eye. The dining service staff are very pleasant and there is enough variety offered for the residents. Everyone I have dealt with in management has always been very responsive to me, so there is an open line of communication. All in all, we're pleased, and so is he. I have definitely already recommended it to others.

The healthcare staff has been very good. Lauren, the hospitality director, has been wonderful. She always checks on my parents, has been very friendly, and just goes above and beyond. It's always very pretty, and they really like their apartment.

Symphony has been a blessing for both of them, we're very happy with all of it. We looked around at all of them and found it was very open, very pleasing, the energy seemed very comfortable. The people were nice, the room was the size we anticipated, it felt right out of the other five we looked at.

The management staff is always accessible and reponsive and the nursing staff provides excellent care. In addition, the maintenance and housekeeping staff do a great job, and the place is always neat and clean. I recommend this community greatly to others.

I visited 11 communities when looking for a place for mom, and what I liked about this one was it was an established community, the nursing staff is nice and friendly, the community was clean and homey, and it's open and spacious. Her apartment is beautiful, just great. The managers have so far been efficient and happy. The food is good, the selection is nice. I like the activities, the Activities Director is bringing in musicians. The nurses are really responsive and the aides are personable and kind. I am happy with my mother there.

My brother in law is very, very happy there. We’re extremely satisfied with the value, it's less than his previous place and he's getting more. The care givers here are more attentive, they know more, and he's safer. He is thrilled to be there.

My dad did a respite for a month to test it out, after it was a positive experience he moved in. His apartment works great for him, it's a large studio with laminate floors, so it's easy to get around. The care he s getting from nurses and CNA's, I feel they're doing a good job. I am happy with maintenance there, when he's needed assistance he gets it and the building and grounds look wonderful. The Nursing Director is awesome and absolutely wonderful. He has been in other long term care communities and the care here is so much better. Everyone is uplifting and we feel they truly care about the residents.

All the people that I have had contact with have been good. The food is excellent and they certainly offer ample things for them to do. The activities staff are encouraging. The management is excellent. They come right away whenever there are any issues. The transportation is excellent and George the driver does a wonderful job.
