Symphony at Stuart

All of them are expensive but that's what it is. I would say their cost is average. The nurses were very wonderful. They were respectful and always greeted us and greeted him. He was kind of a jokester and they played along with him. They provided transportation with no problem. The food was excellent, I would definitely recommend it. We have nothing but good things to say.

It's brand new and is gorgeous. It looks like a country club. Ed, the director, is fantastic and is very hands-on. He updates us regularly; we have community meetings where he brings us once a month and tells us what is going on. I think the person running the Memory Care, Melissa, is wonderful. Yesterday, they went to the Elliot Museum, the week before, they went a park. They are going on a boat trip next week, and the activities are fantastic. I just went to the Easter brunch and please don't ever let the cook know how good he is because a restaurant will steal him. He is fantastic. He made baby lamb chops with mint jelly; he is restaurant quality. I live in a big community here, I put it on my community website, and I've talked with people. So I would definitely recommend it.

It was a very inviting and calming atmosphere when you walk in. It's beautiful, but not overly luxurious, so it looks like home: like a comfortable, warm, and cozy kind of place. It is very well organized and very well laid out for the needs of these people. Everything was run very efficiently and professionally. Ed Trada is the Director and he is great at his job and with everything he does. He makes you feel comfortable. On the very first day, Ed gave me his personal cell phone number and said if I needed him or had a concern, to call him. Kim is the Marketing Director. I highly recommend her. The Memory Care Director, Melissa, was excellent. They are all wonderful, professional, friendly, and helpful. The caretakers were very thorough and attentive to my father's needs. They took their time to assess and figure out his needs in care. Everything was neatly put away: sheets were folded and clothes were hung. They combined and interacted the Assisted Living people with the Memory Care people and made them all part of the whole community. That was nice because a lot of places like to separate them and not have anyone see them, I would highly recommend it.
