The activities seem pretty consistent, the lobby always looks clean and the dining room is always clean. The outside of the building is fine and maintenance takes good care of the pool. I really like the people that work here. The front desk people are very helpful. My dad has had to push his alert button and they respond quickly. If we are concerned that he isn't answering his phone they will go right up and check on him. They are concerned about the residents. We have been very happy with his ability to stay in independent living because of the assistance of the staff when he has issues. For instance he can order a meal to his room if he isn't feeling well. The value is definitely above average. I am very pleased with this place and it is has been a godsend to us. It works well for him and he is happy here.

When we first moved into the community, the management team did a great job and the activities at the facility are fabulous. He goes to exercise 5 days a week and gets recongized on the wall of Veterans who have served. My Dad is super happy and I'm tickled to have him here!

I think, overall, the place is simply amazing. All of the staff genuinely care about who is in their facility, and that just makes all the difference for me. For the family, it gives all of us peace of mind to know that they're looking out for him too. THe care staff is very on top of his medciation. Every time I have brough something up, the maintenance team has immediately taken care of it. I have to say they do a fantastic job with activities. In terms of dining, there's a ton of variety, he gets plenty to eat, and he's always asked if he wants anything more. I think the management team is very responsive and professional, and they listen to your needs. I think it's worth every penny.

Management has been excellent and whenever we need something needs to be resolved it gets taken care of. She seems to like the food and it tastes very good. The activities keep her very busy and she has gotten a lot more active than she was before she moved here. She was going downhill fast before she moved here but she has completely turned around. She seems to be progressing now rather than digressing. Every time I see the building it is clean and well taken care of. This place has done an excellent job of getting her back to herself again. She is more lively and active since moving here so it is more than worth the price. This has been a great place for her to be and she has never done better. She has done really well here and we have seen improvements in her. She seems a lot happier since moving here. They have done an excellent job with her and we can sleep peacefully knowing she is well cared for.

Management is very good to me. There are a lot of outings. Housekeeping and maintenance is very good. They couldn't do anything more for us. I have been here for three years, and I love it.

I have already recommended it twice. I just think everyone is wonderful. It is a hard experience already, but knowing that she is there and the people truly care, it allows me to be able to go to work and not worry about it. My mother said the food is wonderful and is so much better than where she was in North Carolina. They have so many things to do. She had an issue with a door handle, and he came up right away. Everyone is just amazing. I knew my mom would feel good there. It is really a great place.

There are so many different activities and craft shows for the residents. The community is focusing on their needs and getting the residents to be more active. She is really happy with that.

They put a calendar out so we can talk about things in activities for him to go and do. He enjoys what he goes to. He uses the transportation a lot. The drivers are so sweet and really take care of the people. Overall, relatively speaking and compared to others in the Valley, it is a good value.

I like it my apartment. It's a one bedroom. I’m very happy with the layout of it, and the apartment was just redone before I moved in. I go to church, and they have bible study here. My apartment is cleaned every two weeks. I was at an appointment, and I came back and it was perfectly clean.

I think this community is a great value for what the residents get. Transportation was great and their vehicles looked pretty good. My mom put a call in when her television stopped working and literally while I took her to eat, there was a note on the door saying things were fixed. The maid service was fine and they always seemed to have simple, nice and fun activities. Even though she didn't attend everything, they had a consistent schedule. I personally thought the environment of the dining and everything was absolutely wonderful. It was like going into a really nice restaurant and they always had good service. Management was always eagar to help and wanted to make sure my concerns were met, so they were awesome. Overall, she felt safe at the community.
