The staff that I have are very personal and when you talk to them they listen to you. The service is great in the dining area. I have no complaints and my husband loves the food. All of the people are nice that I have met including the people that work here and I think the value is very good.

When we moved in the carpet was cleaned, walls repainted, the apartment was perfectly immaculate. It's beautiful, the dining room is immaculate, and the staff couldn't be better. The Dining manager is introducing new foods to them, we’re satisfied with the variety. The managers have been professional, I love their open-door policy. My father-in-law loves the property, he finds it serene. He loves the pond, the ducks, the turtles, and all the residents are lovely. We're just glad they’re there.

I just love it here and cannot say enough good things about it. The staff here are so amazing. The intake person, the housing person and everyone worked together over a 24 hour period to get my dad into this community. I don't know of anywhere else that could have pulled that off.

The dining servers were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping did a fine job and maintenance was very helpful. My dad used to take the bus to church every week and he enjoyed that.

It seems that no matter who I spoke with I was always able to get my questions answered. Everybody seems to be universally informed and understands what is going on with each one of the residents. My sister said the food was great. She commented on there always being options and everything was delicious and presented well. From looking at the activities schedule I would say there is a nice assortment and something happening all the time.

The building always looked nice and there was a good variety in the dining room.

I can't say enough good things about the food quality and dining room service.

The food seems to be very well prepared and fresh. My mother enjoys eating there. I had an occasion twice to eat there and I was impressed with the quality of the food and the way they seated the residents there. Housekeeping seems very good. The care givers seem very caring and in control of it all.

They seem to keep up with maintenance and I like that they're constantly improving things. She is really happy with the food and she is a critic since she used to be a Cook. If you have a question, concern or need something done, management things get done quickly and while it's been kind of short term, everything is working really well, which is very important to us.

There is a good amount of activities offered to me. When I have had put in to have something done with maintenance they have done it.
