Timberwood

It is excellent. It is smaller and a lot quieter than her other place. According to numbers they are better staffed. It is a whole lot better for my mom. It is a smaller group and she gets more interaction with residents. The lady at the desk inside and the woman in charge of nursing and all the staff was extremely friendly. My mom is very happy with the dining. It is good food and she eats every bit of it. The care staff is very attentive.

Management went over and above. Before my father was admitted, we had some trepidations, but the head nurse and Laura went out to meet my father and make him feel welcome. My father loves all the meals and is putting on weight, which is good. He missed lunch the day he moved in, but they brought him a tray. The activity opportunities are four stars, the housekeeping is top notch, and maintenance was great when he moved in. The care here has been great. All of the services have been good.

This is a really nice place. They have a very friendly staff. They're very friendly to work with, and they're very cooperative. We look forward to continuing to work with them. The healthcare is great. They call if my loved one needs something. He said that the building is very nice and clean. Everything is clean. He's participating in activities, and he's enjoying more things. He's loving the food. He said the breakfast is good. He hasn't complained about any of it. The servers are very polite and friendly to him. The management team is great. They are accessible by text and by phone. Whenever we've needed to call or talk, they're there.

Her room is very cute. It is a good set up. It is fantastic. The directors really put a lot into the community. I think they are wonderful. The times I've been there and seen others interacting it is awesome. They have board games, music time and all kinds of things. It is always clean when I go into her room. She is happy with all the attention she gets from care staff.

She has a nice two bedroom apartment.I think they do a pretty darn good job.. Henry takes care of the maintenance, all you have to do is say something to him and it gets done. They do a good job with the laundry. The meals looks really nice. I took a little taste and it tasted good to me. She really likes the gravy, biscuit and egg for breakfast.

My mother has been there seven years and her apartment works out well for her. I like the menu and she loves the greens and fish, I have no qualms on the food. Housekeeping and laundry are good and maintenance is fine. The care givers genuinely look out for mother. They are nice and responsive. I can always find an aide. I am very satisfied with what she is getting. The value is very good and she is getting her money's worth. She is safe now and she is very comfortable. Right now mother is happier than she's ever been in her entire life.

The care staff has been extremely helpful. As far as the care she is getting from Timberwood I would say is very good. Mom had to go to the hospital and they did everything that I expected them to do concerning that. Kim even followed up with me following her release to make sure she knew the prognosis and any follow treatment she needed. I was really impressed with that. There are some people in the office I have dealt with and I think very highly of them. The ones I have dealt with have always been willing to help me with anything that has come up. My mother doesn't participate in the activities now because of her illness but I do know they have bingo and bring entertainment in. Everything seems nice and clean in her apartment. They take care of her bedding and clothing. She always has clean clothes. The grounds always look freshly mowed and clipped. The inside always looks nice. It is a pleasant place to visit and pleasant place to be.

It's much better than where my mother was previously. I think the dining is very good, to me my mother is getting adequate nutrition. She loves the bingo and they have a band that comes in and plays and she loves the music. It seems like it's in very good condition, they've made some improvements and I think they do a very good job of maintaining it. It's clean and doesn't have a smell to it at all, everything seems to be in order, the furniture is in good shape and well upholstered and it's pretty, it's attractive.
