The management team are extremely postive, always helpful, and nobody is too good to complete any task. The staff show strong teamwork and everyone helps each other out. It's a great community to be at!

In comparing to other communities, it's a fair value. Dining was a factor that sold my mom in choosing the community. They have a nice variety and very good service. My experience with management has been really good. They're responsive when I have a question or need something. The healthcare staff is respectful and have been very, very good at communicating what is going on. The maintenance staff helped hang artwork, and everything was working when she moved in. Even the cable and everything was already hooked up, which was really nice. I have seen what activities are available and they have a good variety. Her room is always clean and she feels both safe and comfortable. All in all, I am extremely appreciative of everthing. They did a good job in going above & beyond in helping her move in.

The caregivers have answered all of our questions and they are on top of what my mothers needs. She has gone on a few outings and all of the transportation seems to be fine. We got her a television and the maintenance staff were very helpful with setting it up. Every time we visit, her unit is nice, neat and clean. The activities they offer are really good and the dining service is excellent. Overall, it seems like the place is managed very well, so we have been very, very pleased.

The dining staff are good about taking care of him and he knows the things he shouldn't eat. Michelle is good about taking them to different places in activities. The community is pretty clean and they decorate it nicely. They replace the flowers when they are dying and try to make it an aesthetically pleasing place to be. I think the staff does a pretty good job with my husband.

It ended up being a little bit smaller community than some of the competitors we looked at and we just thought that was probably the best bet for my mother rather than a larger community. I've been impressed with the place so far and the people. They all came in to introduce themselves, I thought that was very impressive. The chef, the physical therapist, maintenance guy, her cleaning gal, everybody came to greet her which I thought was very good. It was a good welcome.

Management is responsive, I get good feedback and they are very communicative. The staff is very responsive and they go out of their way to help her. I am happy with that and I am pleased with this community.

The move-in was awesome. We learned about them from A Place for Mom , and of 12 places we visited, this was the only one to actually ask about my mom. Really it was the reception, or approach of the folks there. It permeates every staff members, the leaders are very in-tune with the residents needs. The care givers are very respectful, the Care Director provides a lot of good coaching on that.

My dad is safe here and everyone at this community is responsive and available. On the whole, the food is good. My dad is doing well here, he has improved since being here. Overall, I think the environment, atmosphere, care and personnel are exceptionally good.

The management has been good and they are very approachable. The housekeeping and laundry are very good. The inside and outside of the building is very nice and the care is good.

We were very pleased and he didn't have one complaint. We didn't run into one staff member that was ornery, grumpy or unhelpful in the four or five weeks he was there. Everyone was wonderful. They have good management here and the nurse was wonderful. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. It is really nice here and I can't praise this place high enough.
