The Villas at Sunset Bay

It's very clean, they took real good care of my mother, the price is on par with other facilities, but it's much nicer. The price is very reasonable. We did have some issues, but when we spoke to management they were very receptive and helpful. Dining was very good. The food was always good. They had music, all kinds of activities. The facility is nice, always clean. The maintenance people were very helpful to us. Transportation was very good always; they were very timely and nice. The care was fantastic, they were so good. Even when she was bed bound, she had no sores, was always clean, and they were so caring, wonderful people. I'm a home-health nurse and I've recommended Villas at Sunset Bay to clients.

I'd say it's fair. They supply everything, including incontinence supplies, many places won't do that. I'm so happy we placed my mom there; she's well taken care of. I've recommended it to several people. It's an amazing place. Her food is all pureed, but when I see other people eating they have a choice and it looks good. She no longer participates in any activities. She did when she first came there. I do see them working with people, there's bingo and all kinds of activities going on. They've got everything from religious to animals; we did go to a luau one time. I know Steve is the maintenance man there, all the time I see him busy. I see him painting. I've seen no problems with the facility.
