Wellsprings Assisted Living

It's as good of a value as you will get in this valley. I am satisfied with the overall price. Management is accessible and responsive. The dining service is good. Housekeeping and maintenance do a good job. The response to the call bell seems to be pretty good.

The dining staff does a very good job about taking care of my mom in regards to what she eats. The gal that cleans her room does an excellent job, and her laundry is fine too. Maintenance is fine. I think they are one of the cheapest communities.

The value is about right because they do a good job with my mother. The care staff do very well, management is great and the dining service help her with whatever she needs, so she is happy. She feels safe, comfortable the building is nice and the apartment is in good shape. All in all, she is enjoying the community and we looked around before we went there, but we think it's the best we could have found.

The management and healthcare staff work very hard to stay on top of things and display a caring attitude towards the residents. In addition, my mother has a nice apartment, and it is consistently cleaned by the housekeeping staff. I have no complaints about this community.

The rooms are all kept good and they were always available when we needed anything. They took good care of my mom. We were well satisfied. Mother never complained about anything and we were very happy about that.

I chose this community for my loved one because they don't have a lot of choices in this area. We looked at one other place and chose this one. The healthcare staff are nice, friendly and always willing to help. We don't have any problems with the care and the staff in the dining area has been fine.

My mom's apartment is okay and she says they have good food. She is as happy as she can be with the activities and the caregivers are good. This community is doing a good job.

There are lots of varied, fun activities that I think are great for the residents. Barb comes in and tries to encourage her to come out and participate and really tries to get my mom to feel included. They put on a new roof not too long ago, they're constantly out there shoveling in winter, they keep the patio nice and got a new automatic door, I'd say the maintenance is really good.

We chose the community because my wife's mother had been at Wellsprings and we liked this better than others. The care staff has been great. Management has been very good as well. I wouldn't say management is the best but they're close. Laundry and housekeeping are doing a good job and the maintenance guy is great. Wellsprings Assisted Living is a nice place. The value with what my mom is paying for what she's receiving, it's a great value.

My mother-in-law has lived at Wellsprings Assisted Living for almost one year. The staff has always been really nice when I've been there. My mother-in-law seems to really like the food and the servers are great in the dining room. She enjoys the activities offered and likes playing bingo and she also plays cards with her neighbors. Housekeeping does a good job and my mother-in-law really likes the lady that cleans her apartment.
