The Wentworth at Coventry

I'd recommend it to anyone. I think the management staff is able to address anything that comes up. We switched my mom over from her primary care doctor to one of the doctors there and they helped us with that, it all went well, and mom really likes this new doctor, so that's great. We're just very happy with it. We think the room is much nicer, the amenities, she has a walk-in closet and a nice sized room. I know from looking at other places, this is by far the largest room that I've seen. We felt like this was a nice room for the value. She feels very well taken care of there.

They keep it up nicely and the people there seem friendly and willing. She's 96 this year, so she doesn't do a lot. What I've seen going in and out, I'd say they do a pretty good job with activities. I think the management staff has been fairly responsive in addressing issues. I guess it's a fair value when looking at the competition.

I am really happy with the services I get here. The food is pretty good. Julie, the Activities Director, is excellent. Housekeeping comes once a week. They do my laundry. I'm satisfied with both services. I have some daily assisted care, and that's good.

I chose this for my mother because it is a nice facility and she could no longer live on her own. The food they bring to her room is very good. The facility has a lot of activities available. They do a good job keeping things clean. The maintenance staff put her TV on the wall for her when she first moved in. That was great. If I end up needing a facility like this, I hope I can live there.

They provide a great service for us; it's been a wonderful relief. The management staff has been really attentive and responsive, and I feel they have our parents' needs in mind. Everything has been clean; we haven't had any issues at all. The housekeepers are helping with laundry. The caretakers have been really great. Laura K. has been amazing and very responsive. She even came to my parents' apartment to do the assessment before they moved in and she discovered two serious health issues. We really appreciate their flexibility.

Everyone is very, very friendly and that is important. My mom loves it there. The management staff is always very caring and willing to help my mom when she needs help. It is important to me that she can go to someone if she needs something. We just had a change in management and it seems to be a really good thing. I think they are doing a good job there. She enjoys the food and the activities are very good. She does get some help from the aides and they are very, very nice to her and helpful. We have been really happy. She has been there for six years. She really does like it there and she feels very comfortable.

We looked at six or seven places before choosing this one and we really like it. We had an assessment yesterday and it was wonderful. My dad loves the activities, especially bingo. The lady that cleans my dad's room is so nice. He gives her a Pepsi every time she comes. She is incredibly patient and kind and she does a fantastic job. We met the new director and he is wonderful. He is working on meeting with the families and the residents. We really like him.
