The Wentworth of Las Vegas

Everything seems to be running really nicely. The healthcare staff always seems to be very responsive to her needs. Everything seems to be kept up around the community. The activities are good, but a lot of time my mom won’t do them anyway. She's in Memory Care and has Dementia so she won’t join in, but I've seen them going on, the staff getting residents involved. It seems good there.

For what I saw at other facilities, I think it's nice, clean and safe. My dad doesn't complain about the food any more, he seems much happier and thinks the chef does a good job. There are no complaints about maintenance, if you need something, they're right on it. Overall, he seems to be happy there.

The care staff is very good with my mother. She's very happy there. I think my mother is happy with the food there. She is very satisfied. The dining staff is very accommodating when they serve them, and they are very attentive. There hasn't really been a need for any maintenance work, but I was really pleased when they moved her from Assisted Living to the Memory Care they moved everything and set it all up. Her room is very nice. It is clean, and everything looks very nice. They do very well. She likes it there and she's happy

She really likes it. I am so happy my mom is able to be in this place. It's really beautiful. The managers listen and they follow through. She loves being in Memory Care and she can go out and join Assisted Living for things like activities. The facility is so clean, and it smells nice. It has a homey feel and the residents really like it here. I'm happier than I've been in a lot of years.

It's competitive with other places here in Las Vegas. It's towards the high side, but for what they offer it's a good value. I believe most departments are doing an excellent job and the building is in great condition. My mom likes the food and there are always a plethora of activities for her to do. The management and care staff is top notch, they've been very receptive to any criticism, comments or problems that we had.

I have recommended it to other people if they don't need as much care as my mom. I would stay there. The care staff is wonderful. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well, if there is something wrong, they fix it right away. The management staff is accessible and the activities are wonderful.

I think its good pricing. She's on a limited income and it's very fair. Dory in Memory Care is awesome; the front office staff is nice. The caregivers and nurses are fabulous. I think the activities staff is very encouraging and the maintenance staff is on it.

In terms of patient care and support from the staff, I would highly recommend it. The caregivers are excellent. Aesthetically, it looked great. It's very warm and welcoming. The staff really does try and they're really engaging. They try very hard to get the residents to eat when they don't feel like eating.

I think the management is good. The activities staff are doing well especially because the residents have memory issues and it is so hard to get people to participate in anything but they do a good job doing that. The food always looks nice and it smells really good. The caregivers and housekeepers seem to be doing a good job. This facility does a very good job at making the facility fit with the residents.

There is a new management team. Heather is very good. Everyone is very nice. They bring in great entertainment. Everybody gets excited about the singing and dancing. They're all very nice people.
