The Wentworth at Parklane

The Director makes herself available all the time. She goes above and beyond which is very helpful. The food is delicious and the servers are wonderful. They are very kind and very helpful. I think they do a super job with the activities. The transportation was excellent. They have a highly trained staff here that works well together. I really loved it here. It is like a family environment here and it doesn't get any better than that.

My brother seems to like the food quite a bit and he says the dining room staff are really nice. The building is pretty nice and clean. My brother has a pretty good time with the activities that they have there including the off site trips that they have. My brother seems pretty happy there. If I was elderly, this is the place I'd like to go to.

I think there is a high level of sensitivity from the management to the needs of the tenants. Scott, in the dining department, is unbelievable and a great guy. They do a great job with the activities and there is a lot of publicity for the activities. I appreciate their efforts. The housekeepers do a great job and are very nice. They are accommodating and take good care of me. Maintenance came in and fixed my blinds that were broken. They were improperly installed but they fixed them and are working perfectly. The building is well cared for.

We are very pleased with this community and I think the price seems fair for this area compared to other places I looked at. I think the quality of the food is excellent and the activities are fantastic. They have a lot of different kinds of things which is impressive. Housekeeping and maintenance do a great job and are very patient. I think the building looks very well maintained. They do a great job with transportation and are always really available. They let my mother-in-law know they are happy to take her places.

I like the director of marketing a lot. She takes time to listen to you and is always available. She will always try to resolve a problem. The food is pretty good. I know they have wonderful activities. The maintenance are friendly and they listen to you. I found my niche and I do like it a lot.

My dad loved the Parklane. The people there are phenomenal. I had to take him to the hospital and skilled nursing and every day he was asking "when am I going back?" I remember telling him he had to be put in Parklane and he said "You will never get me out of this condo." The minute he walked in he was hooked and never wanted to leave. He loved the food and the food was good. They treated him like he was the mayor of Parklane, like he was a king. They had just every activity and it was always good activities. Matt was the guy in charge of that and he was good. I always thought everything was clean there. They have a handyman guy there and he was good. I told my wife that when I get that age to put me in there.

Management couldn't be nicer and the servers in the dining room do a great job. The servers are very efficient and helpful. The housekeepers are very kind and cooperative and the maintenance is good and well done. Transportation is good and the vehicles are comfortable. The staff couldn't be nicer and they are always willing to help. They are all very kind and respectful. It is a beautifully kept place and feels like a family here. I think it is a terrific place. I can't think of a nicer atmosphere to be in.

I have no problem with the value for the service here. My apartment is the perfect size for me. I think the food is wonderful here. I went to see the Wizard of Oz with activities and it was wonderful. I am estatic with the transportation that is offered. We are a family here and we help each other. I am very pleased. This kind of place is for me. It is a wonderful fit.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations I receive in the Wentworth at Parklane. If I call management, there is no problem at all and they call me back, so they're phenomenal, which makes me feel safe and comfortable at the community. Generally the food quality and variety of menu is good, and the dining staff is very sweet and nice. While I don't participate in the activity trips, there is a nice variety offered and activities are consistently offered to us. Regarding cleanliness, the housekeeping is good and the maintenance department does a very good job too. Transportation has been excellent and the schedule is very much flexible, so it's been an overall good experience for me at the community.
