The value at the community is in the ballpark and I am satisfied with the overall price. Her apartment looks sharp all of the time and the maintenance responds quick to work orders. The community has a good variety of activities and the management is trying hard.

I feel it's been a good value for us. She's so happy with her accommodations. We've been really impressed with the administrator there and the way she tries to communicate with us. They are right there when she uses her call button.

There's plenty of care staff at this community, and the response time is pretty fast. The maintenance man does a really good job of keeping up with what has to be done, and the housekeepers are pretty good about the laundry and the apartment cleaning. The dining service is good. Overall, the price is reasonable.

Management seems like they are doing a very good job, housekeeping is timely and does a good job and the transportation is done very well. The food seems to be healthy and a good variety. My loved one is very happy with the activities and looks forward to being engaged in everything that she does. The building is beautiful and her apartment is homey and cozy. She loves it and it is a safe environment. She gets phenomenal care. It seems like the staff are very thoughtful and mindful. They do a great job for us and for her.

One of the things we were impressed with when we went there was there was no smell. Obviously they are keeping up on that. I know they painted recently and replaced some carpet. He is over an hour away from us and even though there are places closer we leave him there because of the care. It is inconvenient for us but we like it so much.

I feel it's a fair price and a good location for my dad. Management has been great. My dad says the food is good and he likes the musicians who come in. He does use the transportation service there from time to time. There's a schedule and he has access to it, it's helpful. Housekeeping does a good job. The care givers do a really good job. They keep up on daily medications and care for him. The care has been good, we're happy with his stay there.

I think they do a fine job. We feel very comfortable knowing she is there. She has some nice mates that she eats with and does things with. She absolutely adores her apartment. It is very quaint and she is happy.

The apartment is nice, clean and my mother can put whatever furniture she wants in there, so she feels safe and comfortable. The healthcare staff is friendly, talk to the her and call her by name, so she is happy with them. The management team does what I want them to do and give me the responses I like. Activities seem good and she likes them, so overall, you get what you pay for.

He seems to be fine. There are some girls there that call him "Grandpa." As far as I know the value is fine. My husband likes the bingo. He thinks it is really good. He likes the movies as well. The laundry is fine. There are no complaints at all on the housekeeping. I think the care givers are doing quite well. He has had some trouble with his hearing aides and they seem to working with him on it. He seems to be doing well.

We chose the community because of the professionalism of the staff and the residents seemed happy on our tour. The value is excellent. We are very fortunate that she can come and stay there because she is Medicaid. I think it is just wonderful. We have no complaints at all. She was reclusive and hoarding before. Now, she is talking to people instead of cats and that is very good. She loves the country western music that they have in the activities. When I have been there the building is always clean and cheery. People can express themselves on their doors. She likes the care staff a lot. They have been good with her. She wouldn't say they were great unless they were. I don't think I could have asked for anything more.
